  • Afternoon Service not spectacular

We went in for a quick lunch while on convention since there was a very slim selection choice of food within walking distance. Service started out great but deteriorated as the dining continued. The food is very heavy with oils and grease in the case of the carne asada burrito. I wouldn't recommend this during your lunch hour because of the slow service.

This place was the worst expierence in my life. This place should be shut down!!!!! We were there over 2 hours and no food. There were only 4 tables there on a Friday night that should have been the first clue. Do not eat here ever!!!!!

I used Open Table to find this restaurant, which has always been very successful in the past. Unfortunately, this was a major exception. The service was terrible -- we had to get up multiple times to walk to the bar for water, when there were only 3 other tables of people dining, my food arrived 40 minutes after being seated, but our appetizers hadn't even gotten there and the rest of the table didn't get their food for another 20-25 minutes. The food was decent, but after receiving the worst service I've ever seen, I'd never return.

The service here was absolutely horrific. Waitress literally couldn't bring items to the table without making a mistake. Salt on the rim of the margaritas forgotten, the wrong quesadillas delivered, incorrect number of drinks delivered, waitress forgets to bring plates for chips/dip, then remembers that she has to bring the chips too... It was impressively bad. Avoid at all costs - Blue Iguana up the road has

Overall experience was that of a restaurant that has just opened. Food was OK, service was less so--servers chitchatting with each other and with patrons who apparently were their friends from outside the restaurant. Service and "flow" in the restaurant appeared to be disorganized and quite ad hoc. Interesting decor. I found its predecessor in that location to be much better.

Food wasn't very good at all. The appetizer and entrees came out so fast that it was obvious that the food was prepared in advance. We arrived, ate an appetizer and entrees, paid the bill, and were gone all in 30 minutes. The food was average. The menu wasn't accurate, and neither was the description of my dish given by the waitress. Most of the restaurants on OpenTable are a little higher end, but this one ranks below Chiles.
