As long as you go for the food and know Service will be iffie, this is a MUST GO.. First time eating Indian Food for my Wife so we got the assorted appetizer, Lamb Chop Entree and Fruit Naan bread... EXCELLENT... We wanted to know items on the menu but servers were not fluent on the Menu and Manager/Owner (I think) and Hostess (who was very sweet and new the menu) were very busy so each time we wanted to go through the menu they rushed us (appologized but rushed us).. Train the servers better and they will become youe BEST advertisment. Servers were very nice but did not know the menu.. They did say everything was great.. We WILL go back but next time we will insist on them helping us thrugh the menu so we can try new items

I've eaten at numerous Indian restaurants across the world and this one is near the bottom. Appetizers were OK but nothing special. The Chicken Vindaloo was the worst I've ever had and the biryani dishes were just OK. Portions were big but who cares if the food is nothing special. Wouldn't recommend

We've dined at Indus since they opened. Indus didn't have our reservation. This should've been a wakeup call. I had cell phone with confirmation number so they sat 8 of us. The waitress wanted our entree's before our drink orders. She brought two drinks & thought that was all we ordered. She didn't write other drinks down. Took 30 minutes till we had drinks. Food came for 7 people, she never wrote 8th entree. The food was great. The end of dinner waitress never offered desert, etc. She just asked for our credit cards without presenting the check. We said check needs to be presented before we give our cards. The worst dining experience. We asked to speak with owner. He never came over to apologize. We'll never go back.

This has got to be one of the best Indian restaurants in all of South Florida! I have been to some of the better places in New York, Vancouver and England...Indus is right up there with some the best. Food is great and the host is very helpful and very friendly without being annoying like some places. His suggestions were spot on and he knows his menu. I am usually a picky eater and my step-daughter usually dislikes anything not fast food....she loved it and I went home smiling since I got to have the leftovers (which were great, even after a full day!!). I plan to go back for the brunch. I hear it's great...some of the other patrons had suggested it and suggested I go early since it is usually filled up to capacity.

Food was pretty good. Much better then some of the Indian places around west palm. The service was pretty bad. I waited a long time for my dessert to come out. The bartender was very nice, however the manager who was making his rounds, was very rude. I was also told that I could not sit at the bar, without ordering an alcoholic beverage, since the bar was reserved for people who wanted to come in drink... Which was a total of ZERO people. I had to move. not a huge deal, but the manager could have been much nicer about the situation. I probably won't be back, but it was a nice try. Or maybe, I'll just do take-out since the food was pretty decent.

Having lived in NYC for over 30 years & having access to many great Indian restaurants - I had a hard time finding a place in Palm Beach County --- I am no longer seeking 'the' place to go --- I found it .... have been going here for 2 years and will continue. Anyone that I have introduced Indus to has become a regular.

We shared several dishes and each one was terrific. The Baghara Baingan could be the best Indian dish I ever tasted. Kudos to the person who kept our water glasses refilled. We drink a ton and hardly ever have a server who can keep up. Can't wait to go back on my next trip to the area.

In a very limited market, indus is clearly the best Indian food restaurant that we have been able to find. The location, in a strip shopping center is a bit off putting, but once inside, the selection of Indus for the evening becomes validated.

We have been looking for a good Indian restaurant since we moved here last year. We have tried three and this is way above the others. I am vegetarian and they have at least 10 entrees in their veg section. I had the eggplant, and it was the best I have ever had. My boyfriend had the lamb and he can't wait to go back so he can have it again.

Lovely Indian food without the grease. Chicken Korma my child ate with gusto. Not too creamy but with spice. Sampler for appetizer was varied and interesting, pakora my favorite. Party of five found it easy to order and the vegetarian guest had no trouble in finding a dish. Will definitely go back. Good Indian food is hard to find in Palm Beach.

Indus is one of my favorite restaurants. This visit, the food was outstanding, as always, but the service was not up to parr. It started out fine but after our appetizers, it is like the staff had forgotten about us. Usually once the dinner orders are placed you don't have to wait too long for your entrée to arrive. This visit, we waited an uncomfortable amount of time. The good news is that after the appetizers, everyone said that they were full and worried about ordering too much food for dinner but the time between appetizers and dinner was so long that everyone devoured the entrees. There were no left-overs! I love Indus, their food is amazing and the service is usually great. The Tiki masala is outstanding as is the vindaloo. GO!

It took 1.25 hours from the time we sat at our table until our dinner arrived. But first a confused waiter arrived we part of our order sat it in front of us only to return within the minute to take it away and give it to another table. The problem seems to be management. The staff was working very hard but they did not have the hands they need. The food was just OK.

The restaurant had no knowledge of our reservation. After we placed our order, they came to us after 30 minutes to tell us they lost our order so we needed to order again. After painstakingly waiting for each item to come our in an untimely manner, our chicken dish arrived wrong. It was lamb. We asked for the correct dish to come out in a to go container. Very dissatisfied with the service though the food was delicious.
