The food was extraordinary! Which we expected based on past experience. However, the service was poor. There was a wedding reception outdoors at the same time as we were in the dining room, which may have added strain to the wait staff. But we seemed surrounded by dozens of servers who simply would not stop or even look in our direction. On one occasion we waited for upwards of 20 minutes for a small request (ice) and again waited 20 minutes to have our dishes cleared. We were given a complimentary appetizer, then later given a complimentary dessert - but we would have simply preferred good service instead.

"
We went to Indique Heights craving Indian food and we were not disappointed. Small plates for our teenage daughter and a hearty helping of Chicken Biriyani for our older teenage son. Parking was $3 since we parked after 5PM in the building below the restaurant. After a long week, it's a great place to start your weekend.

While the food was delicious, we were disappointed in our initial service. We had a reservation and were shown to a small table buy a passage way door, inspite of the fact that the restaurant was fairly empty. We had to ask for a table by the window even though it had not been reserved nor were other lovely, comfortable tables.
This is not the way to treat customers, especially not repeat ones.

This was my second time to Indique Heights. I know and love the original Indique. My first experience was nothing exceptional; I was sitting outside, open to the air but also the city noise. This time alone, I was seated in a corner in the bar, hidden from most of the restaurant and the servers! It took 4 requests to get a simple candle to brighten my dark corner. The main entree arrived tepid (in temperature) and I had to have a hotter version brought. The chicken makhani was bland, not on a par with most hole-in-the-wall Indian restaurants. The soup, earlier, was good as usual. A real miss this time; unfortunately the comments of earlier guests about service turned out to be accurate.

Horrible service. We ended up waiting for nearly a half hour for our appetizers. Turns out the waiter forgot to put our order in. The food was wonderful but not as flavorful as expected. Overall, good food, wonderful atmosphere, but horrible service.

The Indian food here is very good, very well prepared. The noise level could have been lower. It is quite loud. I had to talk over all the sounds in the restaurant to be heard. The waiter and the service was quite good as we felt really attended to.

We have been to Indique Heights many times because it has long been a favorite. There are several outstanding dishes, including the lamb shank, the dal, and eggplant. The last visit, however was a little disappointing. Some of my husband's lamb was all gristle and inedible. I had the non-vegetarian thali, which is a lot of dishes. Some of the dishes that should have been hot were lukewarm. The desert (a coconut pudding - not sure what it is called) was exceptionally tasty, but not cold. We will be back because these are minor and fixable things.

We were disappointed this time around in Indique Heights. I thought the food was bland, uninspired and just fair. We were greeted very nicely at the door, but things seemed to be "phoned in" after that. Even though it's convenient, I probably wouldn't go back.
