Diner Reviews
  • "The food was outstanding, the service stellar, the location is beautiful and we picked the perfect wine to complement our meal. We were still talking about it two days later, a sure sign of a fantastic meal. I loved the filet, which was cooked perfectly and covered in a great sauce that added to the flavor of the beef, rather than covering it up as happens a lot. The house salad was elevated from just a bowl of greens to a superb dish via the house dressing, a tomato-y and slightly smoky vinaigrette that nicely balanced the fine line between bland and over-assertive. We were full after an appetizer and the mains, but still ordered desert and were particularly taken by the key lime cheesecake. Everything added up to the perfect evening out!"

  • "We took our elderly Mother for Brunch on Easter. It was a delightful day for the Patio and we were seated within a few minutes of our reservation. We all enjoyed our entrees, topped off with a lovely Mimosa! A return trip for Sunday Brunch has already been discussed........"

  • "My parents, aunt and brother visited the Indigo Crow on a visit to Albuquerque based on a recommendation from Trip Advisor. We found the restaurant to be very good for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious and presented well. Our server was attentive. My aunt who lives in the area was pleased to have a new place to recommend to her many guests."

  • "Their new menu is somewhat limited so if they don't have a nightly special, after a while you end up eating the same thing over and over; however, it is very well prepared and the service is excellent."

  • "Our guests were from Santa Fe, NM and we had a great visit along with great food and a nice place to dine."

  • "I had the hobo burger and it was by far the best burger I have had in the ABQ area. We sat on the patio and it was such a great atmosphere, we didn't want to leave!"

  • "New menu at the Crow, and its just as good as it ever was. Good service and the weather has come around so the patio is open!"

  • "I've eaten here several times, always something different, and it never disappoints. Great food, unpretentious but attentive and friendly service and fair prices. BBQ pork sandwich to die for, great fish and chips, pork tacos, fresh tuna salad......great desserts."

  • "We were both very pleased with the service as well as the food. Having the ability to make these reservations on line (or via my iPhone) is really nice. We'll definitely be returning. Thanks so much."

  • "the 3 of us had a good variety-crab cakes, ahi tuna, and a filet of beef all were extremely good with very good salads and a magnificent key lime pie for dessert"

  • "This was my third time at the Indigo Crow in two weeks, with various friends from ABQ. The menu has changed (slightly) and the food was terrific."

  • "We've been to Indigo Crow several times and never had bad experience, but went recently for wedding anniversary and it was terrible. Ribeye was so tough it wasn't edible, appetizer and entree poor to fair. Service was poor After server dropped food off, didn't see him for 30 minutes. We have always enjoyed this restaurant, but don't think we'll be going back any time soon."

  • "We've been to Indigo Crow many times over the years and have always enjoyed our meals. The ambiance is great, Corrales is charming and the food has always been really good. However, we've been twice in the past 2 weeks and the food has been absolutely outstanding! Have always loved the parmesan fondue which is just delicious. And, the wedge salad is always refreshing. However, the filet/tenderloin with green chile parmesan cream sauce was out of this world (enjoyed it both times as it was so great the first time, second time was equally outstanding!) Can hardly wait to go back and have it again!"

  • "The restaurant building itself was not too impressive. Corrales in an older converted house? OK if you're into that kind of thing, but I found the setting overrated. We went for lunch; I got an ahi tuna sandwich with fries(excellent) and the white wine flight (also great). The food and service were outstanding. Maybe in the dark of night, the setting is more chic and romantic?"

  • "The Indigo Crow is one of the few restaurants that I don't mind feasting in two days in a row (different guests). I always suggest the Indigo Crow for dinner or lunch (or brunch). Varied menu and absolutely everything quite wonderful! Service quite wonderful as well!"

  • "I have to say that our server Joey was the most condescending, rude, and cocky individual I have ever encountered. He refused to make eye contact, talked over us, and basically was unconcerned with how our general dining experience was. Joey treated our table as irrelevant until he took our $100 bottle wine order and realized he might make a tip. I have never felt so discarded or unwelcome by a server in my life. This restaurant has always been great when they had a regular staff; however, it seem turnover has opened positions for such people like Joey. Interaction with him was a true detriment to our dining experience."

  • "We like to eat out before Music in Corrales concerts. We've tried other restaurants in Corrales and the surrounding area but none are as good as the Crow--we always get a good meal and friendly, quick service so we get to the concert on time. The salads are crisp, fresh and tasty with home made dressings--I particularly like the Catalina, with makes a good entrée. I've also tried their steaks and various fish dishes--all have been excellent. The patio is a good place to be on a warm evening, the dining room and bar are cozy on winter evenings near the fireplaces. If you go on a weekend you need a reservation--it is a small place that fills up fast, particularly on concert night!"

  • "Indigo is a regular eating spot for us at this point. We really love the food, service and atmosphere. We were out for our 34th wedding anniversary this past week and everything was really good. We really love the specials and the regular menu. I had the surf and turf (steak and shrimp) and it was absolutely delicious. The filet was the best and tenderest that I have ever had. My husband had the shrimp and scallops and it was really good as usual. Of course, we had to have dessert...really love the creme brulee and bread pudding. Thank you for a very nice night!"

  • "The greeting from the hostess was not very personable- no eye contact etc. We were seated along the window wall- they have jammed the tables in too close together; the next table to sit down was squished and asked to move as did the next folks they tried to sit there. Our waitress was helpful, efficient and friendly. My husband's burrito was large and he said, tasty. My crab cakes were overspiced and you couldnt taste the crab. So for me it was just ok."

  • "I made reservations for 1 PM, we arrived a few minutes before and were seating within 5 minutes... the waitress promptly took our orders for drinks, provided the wine list and returned with our selections. We ordered an appetizer, salads and sandwiches, the deliveries were spaced nicely to allow us to finish each course. Had a great time, look forward to having dinner as well as outdoor meals soon."

  • "We come to this restaurant a few times each year for special occasions. It is definitely one of our favorite restaurants for just the two of us. The food is outstanding and our service this time was great. Beware of coming in groups of more than four or five as the accommodations are limited. We have had some service issues in the past (during a busier period) but the food has always been the best!"

  • "I was rather nonplussed by the lack of any vegetarian (or particularly vegetarian-adjustable) entree on the menu. I ended up eating a bunch of appetizers. Which was basically fine, everything was tasty. I kinda felt like I was stuck at the kids tea party while my dinner companions were enjoying grownup food. But when dinner for three comes to $140—and I'm paying—I wouldn't be too annoyed if there was either a single thing on the proper menu that I could eat, or if the server had cued in to all of my obvious "I'm a vegetarian, ummm...what can I eat here" questions/order and maybe offered some alternative. But, that said, my friends had a great time, and that is frankly more important to me than the rest of it. And the place was gorgeous."

  • "Sunday, my husband, 6 year old granddaughter and I had brunch at the Crow. My husband had wonderful eggs, potatoes and red chile and said it was probably the best he has had. I had the eggs, goat chees and asparagus and it too was wonderful. our granddaughter only wanted fruit and they made it into a lovely flower for her, she ate every bit in addition to a virgin belini. Just can't beat the service by Becka and the quality of the food!"

  • "When thinking of places to go, I always forget about Indigo Crow. It is by far one of the coziest dining experiences in the winter and in the summer the patio is perfect! The food is great and the service is very knowledgeable and informative. Also our server had the memory of a 5 year old. We had a great experience from the wine to the entree it all was very good!"

  • "This is a wonderful little place in a little village just outside of Albuquerque. Tree lined streets and lovely atmosphere greet you at the door. The food is truly phenomenal and world class. The brie en croute is my favorite appetizer and the filet is my favorite entrée. We have gone to Indigo Crow for special occasion, as well as just because and they do not disappoint. This is a five star and worth every penny and bite."

  • "Brought my Fiancée here for a birthday dinner and it was amazing. I requested a table near the fireplace when placing my reservation and the table was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff was on top of everything from seating us, to taking our order in a timely manner, filling our glasses w/water or wine etc. Very tentative and made the experience enjoyable. I mentioned the dinner was regarding a birthday and they brought out a slice of pie with a lit candle...perfect. This is my 4th time here and it's always fantastic."
