  • "we came here for restaurant week and had one of the best meals we have ever had! we sat outside on their nice little deck - it was late (around 9p) and it was very pleasant (and nice and quiet). chris the waiter added a lot to the meal - he made great recommendations and took care of us like we were his only table - GREAT WAITER!!! the food was so good i'm still thinking about it. it was a special menu so it's no longer available, but we have eaten here before off their regular menu and it is great too. the homemade fig ice cream (which i believe is on their regular menu, with a slightly different presentation) is AMAZING - get it!!!"

  • "We went there with another couple as a first timer in an Indian Restaurant. I was very impressed at the levels of food that they offer. It isn't a one size fits all. They had mild, moderate & spicy for many of their entrees. The ambiance was nice, and the staff was patient. When we arrived for our reservations, no waiting was necessary!! Would DEFINITELY recommend and WE WILL be going back!!"

  • "I went to IndeBlue with two friends for Farm to Fork Week and really enjoyed it. They were featuring a 4 course menu for $35 which I thought was very reasonable. Our server was very accommodating and pleasant and was very knowledgeable about the food. The second course featured some items that came as one piece but we asked if we could order two additional pieces of each and they accommodated us for a small upcharge which we very much appreciated as we all like to share. I always appreciate that they ask your preference on spice level. We love spicy but it's nice that they ask. We'll definitely be back!"

  • "My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant. We've eaten there many times over the last year and it is easily one of our favorite local spots. We switched up our usual dinner routine and ordered off of the July Specials menu, everything was delicious. The Corn Soup was flavorful and spiced just right with a nice hint of sweetness from the corn. The Watermelon Salad was refreshing and with a nice spicy kick from the spices and candied ginger. The Stuffed Chicken and Lamb Balti were both amazing and unique dishes that differed from anything else on the menu. Service was also fantastic, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful if you have any questions."

  • "Went to IndeBlue with a friend for dinner. We ate outside and received excellent service. Our server was very helpful with menu questions and had great suggestions for us. As a gluten free vegan, it us sometimes hard for me to find menu options that meet both requirements, but IndeBlue had several. I ordered a spicy watermelon salad and the onion bhaji and my friend ordered the sampler platter. We would both definitely return."

Food was fabulous and seasoned to the 'medium' taste we desired. Your taste buds wake up and say hello in a nice way. Don't shy away because you think it will be too hot. This was the first time we chose to dine al fresco and my only complaint is that we had, in my estimate, a long wait for service once we were seated. By "long wait", I mean about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table. The waiter apologized and from then on all went well."

It was somewhat disappointing to have such a large similar dish to eat after having that flavor already. Service was ok (by the non american waiter), could be better. There was an american waiter who was giving the other tables great descriptions of the food & very attentive service. I wish we had him."

  • "Every time we go to Indeblue we get outstanding service and the food is always outstanding also. Everything on the menu is a good choice here. We have eaten at many Indian restaurants in the Far East and Indeblue is as great or better than some of the five star restaurants we have visited while in the Far East. The food is typical of the indian fare you get in the Far East. If you haven't been here you definitely need to give them a try."

  • "You'll love the different dishes you can pick from starting from appetizers to your main course. Ask your service person for suggestions, you won't be sorry. If you like hot go for it, but the standard taste offers a lot of flavor. Be sure to leave room for some homemade ice cream. The fig ice cream is fantastic.   • "I've been there 3 times in the past year. All meals I and my wife selected were different and delicious. My wife does not care for typical Indian food however, this is her favorite place because the food is always high quality, good portions and above all extremely flavorful. The staff knows all the dishes on the entire menu and are very helpful in describing and selecting meals. If your a big fan of Indian food this is a must try. If it's your first time, it's a great place to start. The menu includes a vegetarian, a meat and a fish sampler dish that is a great intro in to Indian cuisine. Servers always asks what spice level you prefer for their dishes. Try their homemade ice cream. BYOB, Collingswood is dry."

  • "After reading a few reviews on open table I was expecting a huge bill with tiny portions. WRONG! successfully shared two appetizers, and both of our lamb dishes were excellent. For anyone who may find themselves debating chicken or lamb.. Go with the lamb it is delicious and tender. I asked for my dish to be made authentic Indian spicy and when my dish came out I was intimidated but it was perfect. Along with the garlic naan and homemade ice cream we left very satisfied. The service was excellent. Our apps came out very quickly and Maura our server apologized about our entrees being late but we really hadn't noticed. A very nice BYOB. "

  • "We love the creative and delicious food at IndeBlue! It is well worth the drive from the Jersey Shore. Our meal once again was exceptional. We shared the spinach chat and the special U10 scallops. My husband enjoyed the Venison Special, and the Quail dish was my choice. Dessert was a sorbet that was very different and yummy. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented, and we always enjoy IndeBlue."

  • "It's hard to find a good, somewhat local, Indian restaurant without going into the City. IndeBlue Collingswood was excellent. Our family visited the restaurant on Memorial Day weekend. It was a beautiful day and we opted to sit outside. Our server, Chris, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and the shared crispy spinach chatt and assorted naan basket. It was a great experience overall!"

  • "We went for the new brunch offering on Sunday. The food was fantastic. They had a guitarist playing, and we sat right next to him. The music was nice, and not so loud that it was intrusive into conversations. I had a breakfast wrap with some sort of amazing appetizer I can't recall the name of. A friend ate what he called the best french toast of his life. I am going to go back and order that on my next brunch trip. We order from this restaurant often for dinner as well. They have a cool atmosphere inside, but they also offer take out and local delivery as well. My favorite is the Chicken Makhani. They allow BYOB, so you can bring along your own bottle of your favorite wine. "

  • "I've been going to IndeBlue for years, taking out or eating in almost once/week. The past month or so, I've noticed a real decline in the quality of the food. I thought it was because I was taking out, so this past weekend I decided to dine in. The food was still about two notches below where it used to be. In our one chicken dish, I think we were served about 6 pieces of bite-sized chicken (for $16!!). What made the experience worse is that when we walked in, the restaurant was empty, save for one couple (talking on their cell pones) and their small baby. Wouldn't you know it, we were seated in a corner, right next to this couple. I don't mind sitting within arms reach of other diners...when the restaurant is busy. Very awkward experience."

  • "Don't make the mistake of showing up without a reservation! This time I had a res, and happy I did. Two of the four in our group had to cancel, but I was determined to give it a go. The sweet potato fritter/appetizer was crispy on the outside, steamy on the inside and spiced just right. The papadon (sp?) was delicious, with it's toppings . I had the vegetable korma and my friend had the tandori mix. Both were generously portioned. We asked for "medium" spice, but both of ours were very mild. Still good, but the lack of heat was a little disappointing. The garlic naan was the best. The potato filled naan not so good. Cinnamon ice cream really was vanilla with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Overall very good but can be a bit pricey."
