Food was phenomenal! Asked for spicy and really got it! I lived in India for a few months and the authentic dishes were authentic while the newer dishes were just as delicious! My parents loved it as well. Seating is a bit tight, but I would call it ""cozy", our waiter knew the menu very well and was very informative and helpful. Will definitely be coming back, if not to just pick up the vegetable korma to go!

My wife and I have dined with IndeBlue at least 2 dozen times since it opened several years ago, and this restaurant has been consistently excellent every time. We love the "Indian fusion" style cuisine, with the seasonal changing specials. Those who may fear standard Indian fare should really give this place a try. The location has a semi-urban feel because it's near a busy intersection, and you are usually forced to park at least a block away -- which we actually like, because walking to the restaurant makes us feel like we are in a big-city urban scene! Never, ever disappointed with IndeBlue. Their Philly location is equally excellent -- going to have lunch there this week with my Center-City colleagues!

If you're looking for Indian cuisine, Indeblue has some of the best I've ever tasted. Monthly specials keep things interesting, great staff make you feel welcome, and the prices aren't high for the quality of the meals I've had. This has been my favorite restaurant for a few years and I dine out often enough to give them plenty of competition, but nothing has been able to top Indeblue. This restaurant has something for almost everyone, plenty of vegan selections, excellent tandoori, and gluten-free as well. They will even adjust the spice level for you. From appetizers to dessert, Indeblue delivers (they also offer delivery and take-out, coincidentally).

Indieblue is one of South Jersey"s best, serving traditional Indian food in a really cool space. One of the highlights, for me, was the many vegan options and willingness to accommodate for specific dietary needs. Outside dining and music accompaniment at brunch on Sundays and ciitar on Thursday evenings is what makes Indieblue " A Local Gem. "

IndeBlue has elevated traditional Indian fare to the next level. The spicy crispy cauliflower is as good as cauliflower can get! (Yes, I am drooling over cauliflower!) Don't even get me started about the parsnip puree...yum! If you are a novice at experiencing Indian food, this is the place to experiment as you have the option for selecting the spicy level for all dishes (mild, medium, and hot). This is an exceptional BYBO (Collingswood location). Note that parking is located behind a shopping plaza across a busy street. Overall, Indeblue is highly recommended

My boyfriend and I decided to try I Indieblue on a whim and result of googling. It just so happened to be restaurant week so we had the four course meal which we did not regret. Our server Chris was quirky but nice. We did have to wait a bit for our food or drinks at times but it was partially the kitchen/runners fault. The couple near by and ourselves had to wait a bit for our desert to go. He also gave us some complimentary Chai tea. We ordered the crispy spinach salad which was unexpected and amazing. We also got prime rib simosas and the blue cheese sauce was to die for. Our entree was chicken tikka makhani which was delicious as were the garlic Naan and spinach cheese. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!

We booked dinner here for a last minute anniversary meal. We've dined here before and always have a good experience. The waiter was great and he allowed us to move our table to a quieter setting. He was kind and attentive. The restaurant took the trouble to call us after we booked on Open Table to let us know it was a special restaurant week menu -- a thoughtful gesture. The food was excellent and the courses seemed full size even though it was a four course menu. We have always been pleased with this restaurant for both food and service.

My dish (medium spicy Goat with ginger & peppers) was excellent. My wife had saag paneer (spinach & cheese) which was salty. When the server asked how the food was, we said it was not to my wife's taste. Even though there was nothing wrong with her dish, they remade another with less salt for her, which we greatly appreciated.

I love it here. The food is beyond delicious. If you like spicy and aren't accustom to Indian food, I recommend going medium spice. Our waiter this trip may have actually been from India so he was a little hard to understand. What he was recommending might have been helpful could we have heard him. He seemed to speak quietly. But alas it wasn't too much of an issue. Everything is always good and the man was very polite and prompt.

I have just relocated to the area and in my search for a good Indian restaurant I came across Indeblue. My expectations were exceeded after a lovely meal; the flavors were complex and the medium spice had the right amount of kick for me. The highlights were the onion bhahi and the sweet naan paired with the dhansak. I will definitely be returning and hopefully next time I won't forget the Tiger/Cobra Beer!

I liked my meal, it was not great but it was good. However, eating "upstairs" does get noisy, if you value dinner conversation don't sit upstairs. The front porch may be the best locale. The price of the meal was high, I've eaten her three times and now considering each experience I'd say the value is not there. I've had better Indian food for about 60-70% of the price I paid here. I had the gluten free Naan on each occasion and only enjoyed it once. But, on that one visit it was great. A really good idea. The regular Naan is good not great, but it will cost you $4.00 per serving of one piece. Every other Indian restaurant gave us as much Naan as we wanted for free.

Three of the four of us ordered the Sea Bass and we all loved it, really nice, fresh, spiced and cooked just right. The bread basket was unimpressive but not bad, just not worth the $12 we paid. I ordered the gluten-free Naan, it was awful; doughy and limp. I had ordered it before and that time the gluten-free Naan was just great. So, I'd say this restaurant is inconsistent, sometimes great, but not reliably so. When we ordered our entree the waiter asked if we'd like it: Spicy, Medium or Mild. We ordered our fish medium and it was fine but the risotto was way too hot, so I guess he meant the risotto and even then they over did it in my opinion. My salad was a bit dry but the Yellow Lentil soup was good. All in all expensive, not a value.

IndeBlue in Collingswood is a great option for your Indian food fix. The food is always outstanding and BYOB makes it a good value overall. Outdoor seating is available if the weather is favorable. In addition to a nice a la carte selection and seasonal specials, for the price of two entrees they offers a Thali combo pre-fix (available in Veg, Non Veg or Seafood) that includes 2 entrees, appetizer, dal makhani, chutneys, raita, and Naan. I particularly like to go Thursday night when the Sitar and Tablas duo play which adds to the experience (pls tip them to support their appearance). Caveat: The indoor ambiance suffers a bit from noisy acoustics in the dining room, especially if there are obnoxiously loud patrons which is hit or miss.

We ordered 4 appetizers, and they liked one so much we had to order another (crispy spinach). We each got an entree, desserts and the famous chai tea. Everything was excellent. They could not wait to return! They also loved the music, and the energy of IndeBlue.
