A word from Inca's Kitchen
Inca's Kitchen showcases the passion of Peru by sharing the mysteries of the legendary cuisine of the Incas of long-ago with today’s eager diners.

Managing some impressive feats such as large-scale terracing of mountainsides, the Incas were experts at cultivating land in the Andean Highlands. They were also experts at creating flavorful meals filled with exotic spices and fruits found only in Peru.

Rafael Rottiers and his partner Alfredo Ruiz have extensive backgrounds in the food and beverage industry and decided it was time to offer the tastes of their homeland.

Peruvian symbols and posters instantly transport you to the Peruvian landscape as you are entertained by a wide-screen TV showing a vibrant culture at work, rest and play while traditional music plays in the background.

We greatly enjoyed our first visit to a Peruvian restaurant. The food was fresh and well-prepared as well as well-presented. The ceviche was delicious, exceeding our expectations. We would heartily recommend Inca's Kitchen and look forward to our next visit.

We have dined at Inca's Kitchen a number of times. Food and size of portions are always excellent. Service has consistently gone down. Appetizers and entree's arrive at the table piecemeal, forcing some guests to wait while other's eat. Additionally, the waiter/busperson, is not aware who receives the item forcing him/her to "auction" the item at the table. I am not sure if the problem is an overwhelmed kithchen in concert with a front-of-the-house training issue.

This was my 4th time dining at Inca's Kitchen - I love the menu and the price/performance for this quality of food is very good. Every time I go there is a hitch in the service though, for example, pre-dinner wine doesn't arrive until the meal is served, etc. This time our meal arrived with the churrasco well done vs. medium rare. The manager came to apologize and offered a free glass of wine or beer, although neither of us took him up on it. We ordered dessert, waited 10 minutes and the manager came back over to tell us they had run out of it. The service problems seem to be getting worse rather than better and they seem to struggle the most with a full house. After multiple visits with issues, the place has lost its charm for me.

Incredible menu, incredible service and not the usual Naples fare or near downtown or on or near Tamiami Trail, but worth the drive. We had never had Peruvian food before and were very pleased. The menu had something for everyone. They currently can only serve wine and beer so don't ask for a hardball. We will go back!

Good meal, great service, and reasonably priced! First time dining at Inca's and have nothing but good things to say. The waiter was attentive, was greeted with a smile, and checked on throughout service to make sure we were happy with our meal. If you are in the area, drop by, the food was good and a great departure from the hum drum.

Extensive selection of authentic Peruvian dishes. Ceviche was very good, enough to convert a non believer. The roasted corn with sauces as a pre-dinner snack was a very unique and enticing detail, not to mention delicious. Their lomo Saltado and fish dish were very good and the chirimoya ice cream with their buñuelos was the perfect "cherry on the top". Service was phenomenal! Only thing I missed was pisco sour!

My husband and I were given a gift card from a family member that adores Inca's Kitchen. The entire restaurant is beautiful, clean, and modern, while still holding onto the owner's Peruvian roots. The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff was cordial and knowledgeable when it came to their food. Our only complaint, was the server. This person (will not say specifics, she may have just been having an off night) get our order incorrect, and forgot to return the food we wanted to bring home. Otherwise, our server was on the ball. It's just frustrating when we have some of the table eating, and some not. Even with that, we cannot wait to return. The prices are incredible for the food received.

This was our second trip to Incas. The meal I got was the same as the first time and the taste was about the same, however, the portion seemed to be smaller. My wife got what she thought was the same but it was not. I guess there was a mix up in describing the menu choice. That meal also seemed to be a smaller portion. The server did comp is desert as a result. We will definitely return but will get description of the menu clearer next time.

Inca's was highly recommended by all our friends. By far the BEST dining experience we have ever had! We were warmly greeted at the door, bus girl arrived at our table and promptly. Brought us water and a complimentary corn nut appetizers explaining all 3 dipping sauces. Our waiter and wine server were both excellent describing menus items and the wine. The staff was so well trained, knew the menus, dressed neatly in black and thanked us for joining them. Our meals were fabulous too.

This was the first time we ate at Inca's, but it won't be our last. The food was fantastic, incredibly tasty and great portions. We brought another couple with us and they too felt that the food and atmosphere was too die for. Besides the food, the atmosphere, although it was in a small strip mall, was very appealing. The restaurants was almost full for dinner but it was not noisy. The list of appetizers and entrées was quite extensive and would appeal to almost everyone's palette. Although we did not save room for dessert, that part of the menu had many choices. There is a number of meals for kids too.

We are very loyal guests to Inca's kitchen and if there is ever anything to celebrate this is were we go. This time the experience we had was completely 'off'. Our server was aweful and the food was just ok. They told us that they had not received any fresh fish but that they only had a fish called 'sway' which is farm raised in Vietnam. That's crazy as we live in Florida and snapper, mahi and grouper should be easily available. Again, I truly hope that this was is not the norm now. But the server (never seen him before) really ruined our night and he may be the reason we won't return.

Had heard many good things about Inca's Kitchen over the years. Finally had an opportunity to try and was not disappointed. From the Hostess, the Bartender, to the Waiter, everyone was pleasant and very attentive. We shared a Ceviche appetizer and had two seafood entrees that were delicious. The pepper sauces were creamy and tailored to our individual taste. I guess I could best describe the style as Peruvian comfort food. Go hungry and leave satisfied and full. Not a place to count calories.

This was our second time for dinner at inca's. We were a group of 6. We were a little disappointed this time. We were not comfortable at the table (bench against wall seating), asked to change, no tables available. Our guests were not happy. Service was not the best, had to wait a long time for drinks. Don't get the steak, very tough. The fish dishes were delicious.

I was at Inca's Kitchen twice within 3 weeks—both times introducing new people to this awesome restaurant! The waiters are very helpful and friendly, as is the manager who greets the guests upon arrival. They offer suggestions as well as explanations regarding the numerous options of entrées. Having been to Peru, I love eating ceviche, and Inca's Kitchen has awesome varieties from which to choose. It's hard to decide what to eat at this comfortable, friendly, and nicely-appointed restaurant. And the prices are extremely reasonable (and the portions sizable)! Enjoy!

My only problem with the restaurant is that it has too many tables for such a small space it felt crowed and uncomfortable to have a conversation. When the other tables are so close to you. My overall experience was good but I will only go back when they are less empty. It was uncomfortable to eat
