A word from Inca's Kitchen
Inca's Kitchen showcases the passion of Peru by sharing the mysteries of the legendary cuisine of the Incas of long-ago with today’s eager diners.

Managing some impressive feats such as large-scale terracing of mountainsides, the Incas were experts at cultivating land in the Andean Highlands. They were also experts at creating flavorful meals filled with exotic spices and fruits found only in Peru.

Rafael Rottiers and his partner Alfredo Ruiz have extensive backgrounds in the food and beverage industry and decided it was time to offer the tastes of their homeland.

Peruvian symbols and posters instantly transport you to the Peruvian landscape as you are entertained by a wide-screen TV showing a vibrant culture at work, rest and play while traditional music plays in the background.

  • "Location is out of the way but well worth the drive. The food is different in a very positive way. Quality and presentation was great. Also the suggestions by the server was right on. Wish it have a real wine list with multiple choices."

  • "I was at Inca's Kitchen twice within 3 weeks—both times introducing new people to this awesome restaurant! The waiters are very helpful and friendly, as is the manager who greets the guests upon arrival. They offer suggestions as well as explanations regarding the numerous options of entrées. Having been to Peru, I love eating ceviche, and Inca's Kitchen has awesome varieties from which to choose. It's hard to decide what to eat at this comfortable, friendly, and nicely-appointed restaurant. And the prices are extremely reasonable (and the portions sizable)! Enjoy!"

Ambiance was nice, and the whole dining experience was extremely enjoyable. This was our first visit to this restaurant but we will certainly be returning in the future.."

  • "Very tasty Peruvian food; the scallop appetizer is a must. When busy, the service can be spotty. An out of the way location but worth the trip."

  • "The food was excellent, we had a reservation but we had to wait. My only problem with the restaurant is that it has too many tables for such a small space it felt crowed and uncomfortable to have a conversation. When the other tables are so close to you. My overall experience was good but I will only go back when they are less empty. It was uncomfortable to eat"

  • "From the moment we walked in for our 7:00 reservation we were seated immediately and the attention & service level never stopped! Every single dish was amazing! Each time we go- I don't think it can get any better and it does! We took friend who were new to Naples and they said it was by far the best they had as far as food, atmosphere & service!"

  • "Mid upscale dining with extensive Peruvian menu items that are not over priced, most were very good, but some unusual spices that some might not like. Wait staff was very attentive and helped with the wine selection as there was no wine list We noticed the clientele to fit a "Country Club Casual" grouping. All in all it was a fine experience, we'll go back."

  • "Inadequate wine choices are a major negative. House wine not drinkable and were charged $9/glass. No liquor licence doesn't help. Food was outstanding. Service OK."

  • "Had dish of calamari, white fish, shrimp all fried. While the food was hot it was good but it all got cold because of the amount of Calamari piled on top. It should be noted on the menu that the dish would be recommended for an appetizer for four. When the dish got cold it was unappetizing."

  • "We love Inca's Kitchen. The wahoo ceviche is fresh and flavorful. The steak appetizer was also very good. Our waiter suggested the duo app but somehow we got 2 full appetizers..not sure what happened there. The seafood saffron rice was excellent with lots of seafood. We love the concha with sauce served in beginning. A little over attentive on service as we had to tell at least 3 service persons that we were still using our plates for the apps and concha. Overall though, we always enjoy Inca's authentic Peruvian cuisine"

  • "This was the first time we ate at Inca's Peruvian Kitchen. It was extremely clean and outstandingly delicious. One of my guests used to fly to Mexico City every year on business and said it was the best food he has had since his last trip to Mexico. We all left with an eye on when we could come back again. A real gem."

  • "Inca's Kitchen just landed my favorite restaurant in Naples after our first visit. Service was off the charts with Eduardo successfully guiding us through the menu. The ceviche menu was extensive and although I was a bit nervous, we opted for a duo tapas including the mixed seafood and grilled beef and WOW we will definitely be ordering that again! Eduardo recommended a dish that was no longer on the menu for me which was the mixed seafood in a sauce with beef and rice. Wow. Another homerun. The location is a bit out of the way (we live in Bonita) but was well worth the trip and we will definitely be back with our friends."

  • "We keep returning to this place, keep trying new dishes off the lengthy diverse menu, and keep loving everything we eat. This time the dishes included a prawn soup, beef stew, and Peruvian fried rice -- all wonderful. Our only complaint is that there should be a wine list. The waiters describe wines, then bring the bottle you choose, but we have often been disappointed in the results. food this great deserves better, reasonably priced wines, and a real list to choose from."

  • "It was our second time at Inca's in less than 2 weeks. As expected, the food was delicious with an overwhelming menu that leaves one very unsure of what to pick. It all sounds so good. There was a noticible difference in service tonight and our server was very polite and pleaseant but obviously the restaurant was understaffed noticible with lapses in time in how plates were delivered. The table ordered white sangria only to be told 15 minutes later there was no white and only red sangria. We had to request water refills. Server was very unsure of what a gluten free diner could select so Inca's needs to do some training in this area."

  • "We took out of town friends to Inca's Kitchen and we were all delighted in our selections. Tired of the same old, same old, entrees? This is the place to try. Take recommendations from your server and be wowed! We shared several appetizers and then all had a different entree. Each and every one was marvelous. The flavors and presentation was great. This group consists of "foodies" and they were so happy we suggested this place."

  • "Interesting Story: We arrived 40 minutes early because the sun set early….. We were greeted by many waiting people. One large party's reservation was delayed by lingering guest. The Hostess passed out wine and treats twice to those waiting guests. Our reserved time arrived and we were seated at the exact time of our reservation! We were very impressed since every seat was full in the dining room. The waiters were attentive and the food was nice. Everything was warm and attractive. Especially liked the Boulebasise.(sp)."

  • "Service was perfect. Food was prepared perfectly and wonderful. This is a small restaurant and unassuming from the exterior. The interior is well decorated and clean. The tables are tight but comfortable."

  • "We had a delicious dinner at Inca's. Two of us ordered the Peruvian version of bouillabaise and the other two ordered the sauteed chicken. My only complaint is that the service was too fast. They brought the main course while we were still eating our shared ceviche appetizer. The prices are also very reasonable."

  • "After reading all the great reviews, decided to take family of five to celebrate a birthday. Was disappointed at virtually every turn. Service as really poor. They hustle expensive appetizers, take advantage of your lack of knowledge. Didn't clear dirty dishes. Our server kept calling us "guys" One diner got his dish 5 minutes after rest of party. The beef is tough and poor quality. I am clueless as to why this restaurant gets so many rave reviews. I will not return and neither will anyone in my family. It's not bad, just not that good. If you decide to go, make sure you know what you are getting/what you are paying for because as my 25 year old daughter said, "they take advantage of you." Not a nice way to walk out of anywhere."

  • "We tried Inca's Kitchen on the recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. It was a little off the regular restaurant "trail" but was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The ambiance and décor was very upscale. The food quality and selection was very good and the service was friendly and attentive. We weren't sure exactly what Peruvian food was but there was something for everyone. We'll add it a regular spot"

  • "Enough variation on the Menu to satisfy all in your Party. The Cevices are FABULOUS! A little out of the way if you are used to Dining along 41 but well worth the trip for a palate challenge!"

  • "Overall it was a fine evening, but we felt a little rushed by the aiter and I tink he could have been more attentive. This is the kind of place you stick to there fish items for the meat dish ws nto very appetizing and my guest did not finish it. Price piont ot good and reasonable for what you get. One member of our party ordred the bouillibase which was wonderful, but when asked for some bread to dip into the flavorbase base sauce, she was brought toasted white bread - a little tacky. People love to dip into lots of loose sauces and some variations of cuban or italian bread should be sreved with this dish. We said we would go back, but on a limited basis, mayba e ondce or twice a yar."
