I have had the privilege and pleasure to eat at Il Corso many times - and all with the same wonderful feeling of joy!, The food is unequaled. The wait staff is extremely informative and helpful and there isn't one ounce of "attitude" to be found here. The restaurant is very accommodating - if there is something that you would love to have but is not on the menu...they bend over backwards for you. Your dining experience here is always gold stars across the board. I can't wait to go back.

The food and service were very good although I did find some bones in my filleted trout! The presentation was very good and the staff was attentive and friendly without being intrusive.
Would definitely recommend for a leisurely dinner or pre-theatre.

Service was very good but food was poor, especialy at the price- apparently heated up leftovers. The clams and mussels in the fish stew were shrunken and tasteless, the fish mushy. Wine was in 1/2 bottles or glasses, limeed selection and no full bottles offered.

This is a delightful restaurant - the service could not have been better, the staff could not have been friendlier. Attentive, but not rushed. The food was excellent - we both had specials, and the pastas were fresh and just right.

Good food, good wine, excellent service! I went to this restaurant with my daughter, we both appreciate good service and nice athmosphere. We asked the server to take his time so we can enjoy our appetizers before the main course and this was done to our satisfaction with a smile. we highly and already recommend this restaurant to many friends who visit New York many times a year.

We had dinner last Studay evening as part of a birthday weekend trip to NYC for my wife. In summary, Il Corso was outstanding! The food was innovative, very well prepared and well presented. The service was understated but impeccable. The entire staff looked like they were always scanning for someone who needed something, whether it was to have plates removed, refesh silverware, or refill water.
The quality of the food was excellent - reminded us of the quality we experienced last year in small, really good restaurants in Tuscany.

Service is really welcoming, presentation nice, the food is good. The plates are small though. Salads are small, more an appetizer than a plate. One the the fishes takes 20 minutes of preparation so not possible for a quick lunch, but seemed very good. Seems to be real Italian kitchen. Good plan in the neighbourhood...
