III Forks Palm Beach Gardensgreat steaksThis is our second time at III Forks and we absolutely love it. The servers are friendly and quick. The scallop wrapped bacon was prepared perfectly. The lobster bisque had large chunks of meat and was very tasty. Our steaks were prepared to the perfect temperature. The service here is above the rest and was outstanding. We made reservations online for 4 and when we arrived we were promptly seated. The inside of the restaurant is nicely furnished finished in wood paneling giving it an intimate romantic feel there are booths and tables. The steaks were outstanding as was the french onion soup. I had a prime rib very good. The menu is traditional steak house with a good wine list and the seafood looked tempting. The prices are double what one generally expects to pay in PBG, but we knew that and this was a special occasion. They need to better train the extra help for this caliber of rest. The waiter could not be there foh guest at all times.
