It was a beautiful setting with the two fire features and the waterfall. The music was a bit loud for us so we asked our server to turn it down which they quickly did. The III Forks salad and salmon caesar salads were delicious. One other person in our party ordered the prime rib and said it was tasty. Excellent appetizer selection as well.
I travel mostly on East Coast and visit numerous top restuarants including steak places. Food here ranks well. I think the wait staff is not as experienced as I see in other more "polished" restaurants. We had to wait on drink service and food trail was delayed and not coordinated.

Although it's in the top 10, it's probably in the lower half. It has the look and feel of a five star restaurant with five star prices to match. The wait staff was excellent. They are very professional, courteous and are quick to refill your drinks or bring you fresh bread if you run out.
My only negetive comment would be that I feel that their food is a little over priced. All the food did taste good, but I have paid half the price elsewhere for a steak and had it taste just as good. My wife and I had a couple salads, we both had steak and a side. With a desert that we split and I had two margaritas (very good). I used Open Table to locate a steak house in their area and made a reservation with you. When I sent our friends an evite, they said WOW - that's supposed to be a VERY expensive but fantastic restaurant - we would never go there on our own! Well, we had the most fabulous dinner on Monday nite and the best service so now they can't wait to return! The creamed corn was the best I have ever eaten! The waiter utilized an ipad for us to select our cocktails- so cool! Dinner was exceptional! Many, many thanks! The ambiance was outstanding. The hostess greeted my wife with a happy birthday and there were no issues with our reservation. The food was simply amazing, yet the service lacked experience and product knowledge, though nice. The only complaints we had was that we had to ask for the staff to find another place to congregate (which was promptly taken care of) and it was off putting that it was known that we were celebrating my wife's 30th and showed interest in dessert, yet we got the complimentary dessert only AFTER we ordered and ate another. We've home to many similar restaurants and were disappointed but III Forks was worth every praise we've heard. The food was excellent, the specialty cocktails were fabulous, the service was friendly, the ambiance was personal and romantic and our of the last 4 reservations I have made for birthday celebrations, III Forks was the only one that recognized that it was a special occasion and took a picture for us to take home. After seated, waiter said only available at bar. :-( Steaks were ordered med rare (Wife asked med rare but bumped up a notch.) Steaks arrived basically burnt on the top and bottom. (This may be restaurants signature way of cooking steak, not sure.) Had to cut that part away to eat. Otherwise high quality meat, tender. Cheesy potatoes were good. The waiter (Josh) was very accommodating with the wine selection, brought my wife several samples until she found one she liked. We mentioned she likes 'oak'ey' reds, he had not heard of the term...(Tannins maybe?)

The fillet is prime and was done to perfection, tender and juicy, and the sides are large enough to share. The professional service fits the quality of food. It you are concerned about the prices, look up the menu on the website: you get what you pay for. We love a really good steak dinner, and we will return to the III Forks when we are in the area again. The noise level was high so it made it hard to hear the person next to you. The food was excellent and the service could not be better, if we had it to do over I would have preferred a table away from the entry and off to the side to be a little more quiet. The prices were reasonable and the selection could have added a few items that would have helped in the dessert area.
