To our delight the evening and food was extremely enjoyable. Our waiter "Sergio" was extremely entertaining and helpful. He explained and described everything on the menu and even assisted with the wine selection. Our meal wasn't rushed and everything was cooked to perfection. I had the 18oz. rib steak and my wife had the rack of lamb. The steak was well aged and seasoned just right. The rack of lamb was very generous potion of 4 double bones. I truly enjoyed my evening. Total hospitality at its best. Food was cooked to perfection. We did not feel like just another table "(cattle)" but were treated like queens the entire time. The ambiance is beautifully appointed and not too overpowering. Quality, style and a classy place to take your clients, your family, or even a special loved one or on a first date. I was really impressed they also had a totally private room for exclusive business or intimate events. Worth every dime spent. Check out III Forks you'll be glad you did.
