  • "My family chose III Forks for our Easter lunch. I was concerned that we might have a difficult time keeping our grandsons (3 years and 1 year old) occupied. Fortunately, we were seated in the Courtyard where other groups of families were seated. The waiter was so accommodating of the grandchildren and the atmosphere was relaxed. The food was delicious! We will defintely have more family dinners at III Forks."

  • "III Forks has become a family tradition in our house for holidays and special occasions. The service is impeccable and the food is always fabulous. My husband and I love to go for romantic dates but on holidays we take our children, 12 & 15 and it's such a treat for them. My son (12) even called beforehand this year to make sure they were serving the asparagus soup, his favorite!"

  • "I'm funny about steak and where I choose to eat them. I don't mind paying high end prices for a quality piece of meat but I don't like a stuffy suit and tie eating establishment either. I loved III Forks. The service was exceptional. Staff knew the menu and took time to explain everything. Yes, it is expensive but so worth it to me. Felt comfortable in my boots, jeans, and dress shirt but its also the kind f place you could wear your suit. Its perfect for all occasions I guess you would say. I'm not someone who can afford to eat like this daily or even weekly but it was Easter Sunday and I was in town with my daughter. The money and time spent was well worth it to me."

  • "This is a place we enjoy going to for a family celebration. We are never disappointed by the food and the service. That is what keeps us coming back. And, the III Fork's Salad is the best!"

  • "The beef was poor quality and we long for the days when this restaurant was run by Del, the original owner. He had the right concept of using great quality beef for a reasonably priced dining experience. We will not be back."

  • "My husband and I were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. We decided, at the last minute to go to III Forks for dinner, so I went online and made a reservation, very easy. The food was outstanding, our waiter, Francisco was very helpful with the menu since this was our first time dinning there. We plan on returning with friends. One suggestion, We would have love to stay and danced the night away, however there's no dance floor. Thank you for making our special night, very special."

  • "We had a group of 11, some were old friends and others new. The food and atmosphere, the great staff, all made our evening an elegant party. Special koodoos to Ryan Rigby, our server, who was super professional and charming....great personality!"

  • "We are regulars. However this last visit we were disappointed. Service was not as attentive. The meat was tougher than usual. Chocolate cake was a bit dry. Not sure what happened. Maybe low on supplies due to the Easter wkd? We were surprised, as that is not the usual standard we have been accustomed to."

  • "This was our third visit to III Forks. The food was outstanding and the incredible service is always beyond any other restaurant in Dallas. The lobster bisque and the filet were both amazing!"

  • "I can't find anything negative to say about this place. It was our first time to dine here, it was my birthday. Our waiter/server Robert was so nice and attentive. He recommended the Seafood Medley (outstanding, I definitely recommend this as well). I had the 12oz filet Oscar style that was cooked perfectly, my boy friend had the bone in rib eye, and that was perfect as well. After our dinner, Robert came over with a huge slice of Manderine Orange cake (so heavenly) on the house, because it was my birthday. Everything was perfect, we are definitely going back again!"

  • "When I learned about the private dining rooms available, I called them to change our OpenTable reservation for our family of 12 to their Captain's Room to celebrate my hubby's golden birthday. Room was perfect for our group in terms of size, privacy, ambiance and just for an extra nominal fee we were able to use the big projection TV in the room to show a video presentation from our laptop. They even provided the cable hookup! Food was excellent - from their salad, steaks, seafood/fish for the day, sides to their desserts! Our server Lindsey was great - very warm/accommodating and helpful. They also provided a huge slice of their to-die for chocolate cake with a candle for the birthday celebrant, on the house!- a pleasant surprise for all."

  • "This was our first time visiting III Forks and we left very satisfied. I got the Bone-in Fillet and its was delicious!!! My wife got the 6 oz fillet which was also great. Service was excellent. We plan on visiting again."

  • "Came for our daughters 17th bday. there were only 2-3 other tables seated in our room at 6:20. Our appetizer and salads were brought out np. However we then sat for over a half hour without our main course. Finally at 7:35 our food arrived. My husbands steak was cold to the touch inside. We were told 2 min, but it was 12 min later and my daughter and I had finished eating ours and so he just took his home. we had to leave and by now, truly - the night was ruined. It is quite obvious that the waiter forgot to put our food order in. This was a sad and disappointing that her special bday dinner was truly a stressful dining experience."

  • "Went here for our two year anniversary. Service was fantastic. My bone in filet was fantastic. Lobster Mac and cheese was wonderful. Wine list is very comprehensive. Very enjoyable dining experience."

  • "Waiter "Jordan" does not pay attention to anything you tell him. Also sold us on a Tomato Salad. We learned after our $65 Steak arrived beefsteak tomatoes were served no extra charge. Jordan could have sold another salad."

  • "They easily sit at the top of high end steakhouses. The steak is seasoned perfectly. There is only one other that I can think of that equals in quality of food. The remainder play based on atmosphere. The sides put up a strong fight to be tops on my list also. I look forward to the mashed potatoes and corn as much as I do anything else. It's even hard to decide between the III Forks salad and the Kentucky Farm Salad. This place is consistent. I felt a little guilty to not be celebrating anything - I just wanted an awesome dinner!"

  • "We had a very nice server and the food was better than expected, but we were sat right next to a water fountain in the "patio" area and we could barely hear each other speak due to the level of noise that was created. I would have requested the dinning room area if I had known about the noise factor in the area we were sitting. It is also tiled floor out in the patio area, so our table did not sit flat on the floor and would wobble when we applied weight to the table. I would not expect to have a wobbly table at such a nice establishment. Overall, I would be glad to go back, but I would request to be sat in a different area."

  • "Our steaks were grilled to perfection. The bread was delicious. Loved the ripe tomatoes and green onions, as well as the whipped potatoes and snap peas. Cream corn was added bonus. What a great meal!"

  • "I have been to III forks a few times before at it is always a great experience. This time I had the 8oz filet and it was the best streak I've ever had. I was fortunate enough to be dining with two lovely ladies that evening and they also indicated that they had never had a better steak. The service was also excellent as always."

  • "Walking into this restaurant is a joy! The ambience is outstanding! With such a beautiful interior, we figured the food would be passable, at best...boy were we wrong! The food was outstanding, rivaling any top restaurant in NYC. Since we are from NY, we know great food and this place has it in spades! We can't wait to get back to Dallas and eat there again."

  • "If you feel like you missed out on the Rat Pack, the bar at III Forks on a Friday or Saturday night is amazing. We sat in the dining room right next to the bar and listened to the incredible 3 piece jazz band that prompted my 11 year old daughter to want to dance with me. A memorable evening of great steak, fine wine (Silver Oak was offered as the special at a significant discount), and dancing the foxtrot with my daughter. These will be great memories at a place where you can step back in time to enjoy what fine dining and entertainment was like with Frank and Dino."

  • "Dining at 3 Forks in Addison is always a special experience. This was exceptional as we reunited with my Navy buddy and his wife whom I haven't seen in 45 years. The ambience, food and service set the tone for a very special evening. 3 Forks provided us with a very special evening and something we will talk about for years. Thank you."

  • "I have eaten at III Forks a few times in the past and had always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, not so on this trip. The service was the highlight but the food is why we went and it was not worthy of our time or money. We were a party of two, each had one drink, split an appetizer and salad and each had our own entrée (mine was the filet and hers was the sea bass). The final bill, including tip, was $170.00. My filet was overly seasoned (I'll agree that's subjective). Her sea bass was bland. The Caesar salad was good and the seafood medley appetizer was hit and miss (the crab cake was good, the shrimp cocktail outstanding but the scallop was gritty). Overall, I wouldn't recommend III Forks over either Ruth's Chris or del Frisco's."

  • "Upon walking in the ambiance was fantastic, the greeters were engaging, the live music fantastic. We had a reservation and was promptly shown our table. Our waiter was wonderful and patient as this was our first visit the appetizers were good but truly I came from a steak. I ordered a 12" bone in ribeye which was tasty but about a minute over cooked for medium rare which ruins the meat for me. While I enjoyed the overall experience for $250 I expect zero foul ups, I believe I'll stick to nick and SAMs."

  • "We had the impression this was a top steak house in north Dallas. The food was fair at best. Our cuts were all asked to be medium, and none of them near the same. My strip was grainy and the sauce on top was less than appealing. Too many other choices to drop $150 for 2. Disappointing."

  • "Went to celebrate the birthday of an older friend. She really like the fuss everyone made over her. Service was very attentive. Meal was really delicious. Guest of honor usually eats like a bird, but this time she are everything. Not an inexpensive evening, but well worth it for special occasion. All steaks were cooked perfectly. I would much rather have a delicious simple meal prepared with great ingredients like this meal rather than the restaurants that serve what I call "stuff with stuff" meals with too many ingredients on the plate."
