  • "Taylor was gracious and pleasant to talk to. She took great care of us during our celebratory dinner. We have made it a tradition to celebrate our anniversary there every year."

  • "Hands down, the best steak I've ever eaten. Nothing compares to the service and the chefs. I highly recommend III Forks. "

  • "I can't find anything negative to say about this place. It was our first time to dine here, it was my birthday. Our waiter/server Robert was so nice and attentive. He recommended the Seafood Medley (outstanding, I definitely recommend this as well). I had the 12oz filet Oscar style that was cooked perfectly, my boy friend had the bone in rib eye, and that was perfect as well. After our dinner, Robert came over with a huge slice of Manderine Orange cake (so heavenly) on the house, because it was my birthday. Everything was perfect, we are definitely going back again!"

  • "When I learned about the private dining rooms available, I called them to change our OpenTable reservation for our family of 12 to their Captain's Room to celebrate my hubby's golden birthday. Room was perfect for our group in terms of size, privacy, ambiance and just for an extra nominal fee we were able to use the big projection TV in the room to show a video presentation from our laptop. They even provided the cable hookup! Food was excellent - from their salad, steaks, seafood/fish for the day, sides to their desserts! Our server Lindsey was great - very warm/accommodating and helpful. They also provided a huge slice of their to-die for chocolate cake with a candle for the birthday celebrant, on the house!- a pleasant surprise for all."

  • "This was our first time visiting III Forks and we left very satisfied. I got the Bone-in Fillet and its was delicious!!! My wife got the 6 oz fillet which was also great. Service was excellent. We plan on visiting again."

  • "Came for our daughters 17th bday. there were only 2-3 other tables seated in our room at 6:20. Our appetizer and salads were brought out np. However we then sat for over a half hour without our main course. Finally at 7:35 our food arrived. My husbands steak was cold to the touch inside. We were told 2 min, but it was 12 min later and my daughter and I had finished eating ours and so he just took his home. we had to leave and by now, truly - the night was ruined. It is quite obvious that the waiter forgot to put our food order in. This was a sad and disappointing that her special bday dinner was truly a stressful dining experience."

  • "The filet was just average. I did not like the cream spinach as well. I came away a little disappointed."

  • "Went here for our two year anniversary. Service was fantastic. My bone in filet was fantastic. Lobster Mac and cheese was wonderful. Wine list is very comprehensive. Very enjoyable dining experience."

  • "Absolutely outstanding! Restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate our reservation during the ice storm. We had an amazing experience and cannot wait to return to Dallas to go back to III Forks."

  • "This was the best food, service an ambiance our group of 10 has ever experienced. Our waiter was excellent, very knowledgable of wine an personable."

  • "Waiter "Jordan" does not pay attention to anything you tell him. Also sold us on a Tomato Salad. We learned after our $65 Steak arrived beefsteak tomatoes were served no extra charge. Jordan could have sold another salad."

  • "They easily sit at the top of high end steakhouses. The steak is seasoned perfectly. There is only one other that I can think of that equals in quality of food. The remainder play based on atmosphere. The sides put up a strong fight to be tops on my list also. I look forward to the mashed potatoes and corn as much as I do anything else. It's even hard to decide between the III Forks salad and the Kentucky Farm Salad. This place is consistent. I felt a little guilty to not be celebrating anything - I just wanted an awesome dinner!"

  • "We had a very nice server and the food was better than expected, but we were sat right next to a water fountain in the "patio" area and we could barely hear each other speak due to the level of noise that was created. I would have requested the dinning room area if I had known about the noise factor in the area we were sitting. It is also tiled floor out in the patio area, so our table did not sit flat on the floor and would wobble when we applied weight to the table. I would not expect to have a wobbly table at such a nice establishment. Overall, I would be glad to go back, but I would request to be sat in a different area."

  • "Our steaks were grilled to perfection. The bread was delicious. Loved the ripe tomatoes and green onions, as well as the whipped potatoes and snap peas. Cream corn was added bonus. What a great meal!"

  • "I have been to III forks a few times before at it is always a great experience. This time I had the 8oz filet and it was the best streak I've ever had. I was fortunate enough to be dining with two lovely ladies that evening and they also indicated that they had never had a better steak. The service was also excellent as always."

  • "Server was outstanding! Food was delicious. We celebrated my wifes birthday and the whole staff acknowledged her birthday...very impressive. Still my favorite place to celebrated special times and the food is the best."

  • "Walking into this restaurant is a joy! The ambience is outstanding! With such a beautiful interior, we figured the food would be passable, at best...boy were we wrong! The food was outstanding, rivaling any top restaurant in NYC. Since we are from NY, we know great food and this place has it in spades! We can't wait to get back to Dallas and eat there again."

  • "If you feel like you missed out on the Rat Pack, the bar at III Forks on a Friday or Saturday night is amazing. We sat in the dining room right next to the bar and listened to the incredible 3 piece jazz band that prompted my 11 year old daughter to want to dance with me. A memorable evening of great steak, fine wine (Silver Oak was offered as the special at a significant discount), and dancing the foxtrot with my daughter. These will be great memories at a place where you can step back in time to enjoy what fine dining and entertainment was like with Frank and Dino."

  • "Dining at 3 Forks in Addison is always a special experience. This was exceptional as we reunited with my Navy buddy and his wife whom I haven't seen in 45 years. The ambience, food and service set the tone for a very special evening. 3 Forks provided us with a very special evening and something we will talk about for years. Thank you."

  • "I have eaten at III Forks a few times in the past and had always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, not so on this trip. The service was the highlight but the food is why we went and it was not worthy of our time or money. We were a party of two, each had one drink, split an appetizer and salad and each had our own entrée (mine was the filet and hers was the sea bass). The final bill, including tip, was $170.00. My filet was overly seasoned (I'll agree that's subjective). Her sea bass was bland. The Caesar salad was good and the seafood medley appetizer was hit and miss (the crab cake was good, the shrimp cocktail outstanding but the scallop was gritty). Overall, I wouldn't recommend III Forks over either Ruth's Chris or del Frisco's."

  • "Upon walking in the ambiance was fantastic, the greeters were engaging, the live music fantastic. We had a reservation and was promptly shown our table. Our waiter was wonderful and patient as this was our first visit the appetizers were good but truly I came from a steak. I ordered a 12" bone in ribeye which was tasty but about a minute over cooked for medium rare which ruins the meat for me. While I enjoyed the overall experience for $250 I expect zero foul ups, I believe I'll stick to nick and SAMs."

  • "We had the impression this was a top steak house in north Dallas. The food was fair at best. Our cuts were all asked to be medium, and none of them near the same. My strip was grainy and the sauce on top was less than appealing. Too many other choices to drop $150 for 2. Disappointing."

  • "Went to celebrate the birthday of an older friend. She really like the fuss everyone made over her. Service was very attentive. Meal was really delicious. Guest of honor usually eats like a bird, but this time she are everything. Not an inexpensive evening, but well worth it for special occasion. All steaks were cooked perfectly. I would much rather have a delicious simple meal prepared with great ingredients like this meal rather than the restaurants that serve what I call "stuff with stuff" meals with too many ingredients on the plate."

  • "I was looking forward to a really good steak and for $60 expecting it would practically melt in my mouth. Unfortunately, the cut was very tough and chewy. Was not enjoyable at all. My wife, however, had the redfish special that evening. The fish was done very well, however, they could eliminate the dry, chewy crab meat on top."

  • "My Husband and I went in to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a reservation so had no wait. The decor is eclectic, high end with some western stuff thrown in-couldn't quite wrap my head around it. TV at bar I felt was out of place. One way it could have a better ambiance is if it is a little more private...high backed booths, etc... Overall we had a great meal - no complaints about the food or service. We also enjoyed the three piece band they had. They gave us a free dessert to share since we were celebrating - something we didn't expect - a nice touch! We left very full and happy."

  • "From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalties. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were seated in a romantic section and waited on with the finest service."

  • "We were a party of 18 in a private room. There were several waiters who had already prepared the room before we arrived. The room was very spacious. The food was EXCELLENT! We all tasted from each others plates because everything was so good. The desserts were also very good, and each had its own uniqueness about it. I personally adored my 6oz fillet mignon, and the lobster bisque was to die for. The only thing that was a tad frustrating was that a good chunk of my party arrived quite late. I felt that this may have frustrated the waiting staff. However as soon as we got the ball rolling and the entire party was seated, the night was better than anticipated. We all LOVED our main waiter!!! We will definitely be back in the future."

  • "We received great service. Our waiter was personable and helpful with our food choices. The food was good, but not special enough for the price."
    Dined on 3/22/2014
  • "Overall just a da__ great meal. Caesar salad came in a chilled bowl. Steak came on a hot plate. Creamed corn was off the cob -you could see rows of kernels still together) Onion rings were to die for. Steak was done as requested, and after bringing it, they request that you cut into it to confirm that it is done to your liking. Extensive wine list - ordered 2010 Chaeteau de Beaucastel - Top 10 (I think #8) in Wine Spectator's Best Ines of 2013. Did not disappoint. They poured one glass and then decanted the rest. They brought wine-appropriate glasses, replacing the ones that were on the table when you are initially seated. Old school atmosphere. Piano player. Loved it. If I am ever in Dallas again, I would definitely go back."

  • "It was our anniversary and III Forks went out of their way to make it special. The food was great, service is the absolute best. Overall a great dining experience."
    Dined on 3/19/2014
  • "Once again, the food, the service, and the ambiance were great, but the piano player was overwhelming. I was entertaining seniors, most of whom are somewhat hard of hearing, and the piano player was too loud, not allowing decent dinner conversation. When he started out it was easy listening music toned down so it offered pleasant background. As his first set progressed he got too full of himself and decided to not only start crooning, but to take the sound level up several notches. Then it became an annoyance. The first set seemed to last for hours and it was as though he was playing for himself and his wife/girl friend rather than for the crowd he was supposed to be entertaining."

  • "My wife and I found 3 Forks several years ago and rate it as one of out favorite places to eat. The food, service and atmosphere are always top notch. I would recommend 3 Forks to anyone who wants a memorable evening. I've recommended 3 Forks to my office employee activity committee and we've had a end-of-project celebration there. As mentioned everything was great and I'm sure you made some new customers."
