IguanaHad a great timeWent here for a graduation lunch. Graduation ran over time as expected thus making us very late for our reservation. Iguana staff was so understanding. We had a fairly large group with several different requests yet the service was outstanding and fast. The food was delicious. The guacamole was made to order (we like spicy and it was definitely perfect). The drinks were great and very strong (not watered down at all). I can't think of one complaint for the place. I was afraid it was going to be very "touristy" being that it's close to Times Square, but it wasn't. The food was excellent and our waitress who was 7 months pregnant was so attentive and friendly to our group. After dinner the Mexican guys came around with ice cream and sang Happy birthday to her. They even gave her a sombrero. It was awesome. After dinner we went downstairs for drinks and dancing which was the highlight of the night. We were both very pleased with the service, the ambiance was great, romantic, the food was delicious and the mariachi guys were fun!! When I made the reservation at Opentable I asked via the webpage that a dessert be brought to our table after our dinner to sing my boyfriend happy birthday, honestly I didn't think that my request was going to be honored unless I personally said something to the waiter but to my surprise after we finished our dinner, the mariachi guys, the waiter and I believe the manager came out with a dessert and a candle singing happy birthday to my boyfriend!
