A bunch of friends were in town for Jazz Fest and everyone loved it!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent choice for local dishesHit the mark with flavors! Gumbo, red beans&rice, crawfish étouffée were best we've had. Tasty sausage flavor makes the difference. Serving sizes were just right. Zachery provided good service, had good advice on drinks too: we enjoyed "Sunset on the levee" cocktail. "french75" wasn't as good. Place is quite casual. Of all the places we've visited for local food, I'd put this in the top three. And prices were reasonable. It didn't feel touristy. There were tables on the sidewalk but we chose to eat inside. Although I listed noise as "energetic," it wasn't uncomfortably loud even when quite full. Interesting decor, old building with high ceilings.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMJust awesome.
