Everyone got a unique salad and entree and really enjoyed the tastes. I've been here a number of times and it is always very good and fit for foodies young and old. My only complaint would be the prices. They are a tad bit high and high enough where you remember the price as much as the quality of food. Well, not this one. My wife and I popped in on a Sunday and the food and service were both excellent. Cooking a fish is a simple thing - but at its best it requires the fish be fresh and not smell of fish - it also requires that the fish not be over or under cooked. I had the snapper special and my wife had the colorado trout. They were both - perfect. This place can be very busy - especailly on weekends. Try the O'Brien Seduction, a great value and not available outside the Napa Winery. The Whole Market Fish stuffed with crab (this time a Branzini) was, as always, outstanding. The consistently high-quality experience at Ibiza makes it a welcome go-to restaurant. We often go to Ibiza prior to going to a show downtown and we have always found the servers to be very accommodating. My wife and I shared the "Whole Fish stuffed with crab". Not only was the fish excellent, simple yet filled with flavor, the mixed vegatables and the whipped cauliflower were very good (and I don't even like cauliflower typically). Food is creative and well-prepared. Their special salads and desserts were worth the visit. Wedge a small plate in the mix and you have a top-notch and relatively inexpensive dinner. Wait service was not lacking even on a very busy evening. Waiter did admit they lack a full service bar which in Houston is a weakness. Easy to fix, I would believe.
