First time to i Ricchi will not be our last. Since everything looked and sounded so good our waiter, Carlos, decided to bring us several apps and pastas before the main course and then split them between us - creating a mini tasting menu. Everything was excellent. The owner even stopped by to insure that everything was up to expectations - it was. We will go back and recommend i Ricchi 100%.

The greeting was warm and friendly. Host & hostess greeted with pleasant smiles and a warm welcome. The table for 2 was I'm a cozy corner and we were asked if the table suited us. The specials were described in an intelligent and articulate manner followed by a pleasant smile. The food arrived quickly and was prepared as stated by the waiter. The food was hot mad the flavors excellent. Deserts followed and they were nicely prepared with fun taste. Our exit from the restaurant was pleasant with several statements of appreciation by various staff. The door was opened for us and we were asked to return again someday. We definitely will.

The appetizers and entrees were good but the desserts were the hits! One suggestion if going for a pasta dish be sure to order one of the homemade pastas, they are a cut above. Our sever was helpful in offering menu selections and in navigating the extremely overpriced wine list to find the few good yet reasonably priced bottles. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well.

Horrific experience; will never return. Staff hover and everything was an up-sell. Salad was over dressed, pasta was over cooked. The pork chop was so over cooked we sent it back and were told it would take the kitchen 25 minutes for them to prepare an different dish. Really? It takes 25 minutes to cook sausages and white beans! The kicker - we were charged for dessert and the Manager could not convince his boss to come speak with us. I haven't experience such poor customer service in my life!

Went for my birthday and it was delicious. However, I had prepaid for OpenTable's 30% off the bill and it was not done as advertised. We had to ask to have it removed which feels awkward. The food was impeccable and our server was nice.
