We met in the lounge and started our evening with drinks and appetizers. Then we moved to a table. The server was very friendly and spoke fluent French which delighted the French speaking among us. Service was very good and the food was flavorful and competently prepared. If there was noise, it was coming from our table. The restaurant prepared a cake for the birthday girl and our evening ended over coffee and cake, 5 hours after we arrived. All in all, a very nice evening.6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMI know it was a Sunday......but we felt rushed the moment we sat down for our 8:00 p.m. reservations. It seemed like the courses came far too quickly and we did not have much of chance to enjoy them nor to digest them. In fact, one waiter tried to remove my wife's plate and she had not yet finished. Coffee was offered too early and everything just seemed too fast. It was before 9:00 when we settled the bill. Just slow down and allow us to the freedom to eat and drink at our own pace. I t does fall short of being a great steak house. The food was no better than the Keg, which is owned by the same company. The service is more attentive then the Keg.
