We sat outside on the patio, abit chilly, but the waiter put on the heaters and it was great...The food,4 of 6 had the wild boar and it was very tender, the short ribs did not even need a knife..Everyone had different beers/cocktails and again perfectly made. One of our party had gluten free menu and no complaints and the restaurant was very accomodating. Would go back when in Napa Valley...

A great restaurant and a great experience. Our service was great. The only negative is that a steak ordered medium came out medium-well, so a good piece of meat was tougher than it should have been. Since everything else was fine, we assume this was a one-off and we wouldn't hesitate to go there again or recommend it to others. A far better choice than Bottega which is across the street.

I would return here multiple times. The outdoor patio is beautiful and while there are streets on either side - you feel very comfortable and relaxed. We had the risotto - super fresh and pipping hot! The Calamari was delicious as was the peach salad. Everything was super fresh and delicious! I highly recommend it if you are in Yountville or within 20 miles of the place. Napa has lots of options - this one ranks near the top for fresh and relaxing.

My wife and I returned to Hurley's for a way to enjoy lunch outdoors during a great spell of weather this August. We arrived about noon, were immediately seated in the location we'd requested, got fast, friendly service, and started things off with an excellent Verdelho to accompany our Ahi Tuna and Tagine lunch plates. An ice bucket was provided to keep the wine cold, and some excellent bread, still warm, arrived soon after. The meal tasted fantastic, never were we rushed, and all in all it was an even better than usual time at a restaurant we already enjoy very much.

Hurley's is a favorite of ours. Food is always good and no problem sharing orders. We shaed 2 appetizers and an entrée. Each selection was brought out separately and divided into single portions for us. Each time, plates were cleared and next selection appeared. It was so nice not having it all brought at once and you're on your own--which so often happens. This was lunch on the patio on a wonderful summer day. Dinner selections are also very good and service is very good and pleasant. Recommend highly

I like the tomato soup. The tuna is OK, but not wonderful. Dining at the patio looks pleasant, though I ate indoors. The first time they brought me to a table which is surrounded by many people and much noise, when plenty of tables are available on another side. They are not very considerate of the customers' enjoyment. Fortunately, when I requested a change of table, they let me do it. Since then, we started to enjoy more.

We loved Hurley's. Our dinner was wonderful and the patio atmosphere was unpretentious and relaxing. We both had pasta dishes - both delicious, particularly the risotto, and don't miss the squash blossom appetizer! Depending on which wine you order, a reasonably priced dinner is an option here.

With the reservation, we were promptly seated in a corner table. The server came by with the menus and took our drink order. We split a Hearts of Romaine Salad, and ordered the Moroccan Vegetarian Tagine and the Oakwood Grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon. Both dishes were really tasty and full of flavor! For dessert, we split a Warm Chocolate Fudge Cake. The portions just right, too! The service was excellent, warm and friendly! During the evening, different servers stopped by the table checking-in, but not intrusive. We will definitely be back!!

We were disappointed in the food selection and quality. I ordered crab cake appetizer that turned out to be obviously frozen--could have come from from any grocery store--more filler than crab. The wild boar entree was overcooked like your grandmother's Sunday roast, supposedly because it "would be tough" otherwise, but I've had lots of game dishes that could be prepared well without being beyond well-done. Our server was very good and attentive. The black pasta dish my wife ordered was tasty, but not as described in the menu. Al in all, there are too many excellent restaurants in the area to consider going back here.

Had a great time at Hurley's. Made last minute reservations and we were seated on the beautiful patio for a lovely evening meal. Started with a creamy Clos du Val Pinot Nior that was available by the glass, but was so good we bought a bottle. Enjoyed the calamari down to the last crumb; followed by the squash blossom fritters, yum a must try. Entrees were just delicious - Alaskan halibut special and the pork chop were superb. They even made our requested changes to alternative sides. Enjoyed some nice expressos along with gelato and really fresh strawberry shortcke. Our waitress, Roishaan was excellent. All of the staff were very engaged and professional. We had a great time!

It started out by us arriving 10 minutes late for "happy hour" but the "manager" got us a happy hour cocktail anyway. We brought an outstanding 14 year old Cab and gave a taste to our waitress (You should bring a special wine with as there is no corkage charge). Service was excellent and very co-operative. On both of our dinner orders we needed to request substitutes and they were fine with it at no additional charge. My wife had short ribs, a featured item on the regular menu and I had halibut, a special item. Both were excellent! Properly cooked, hot and just plain yummy. We shared the special heirloom tomato soup which they brought in 2 separate bowls. We both had coffee which was also very good. All was outstanding! GREAT!

My husband and I enjoyed al fresco dining. Service was excellent and included a black linen napkin to protect my black linen capri pants. The maitre-de offered us blankets to warm us in the cool evening air. That, and the heat lamp, made for a perfect outdoor dining experience. Delicious bread set the tone. I had two appetizers for my meal: heirloom tomato soup and a roasted beet salad that had every wonderful ingredient in it. My husband's seared ahi tuna was sublime. We almost fought over the last piece. His chocolate cake with gelato was an excellent coda to a great meal. I enjoyed their signature ice-cream sandwich with a praline layer in between 2 chocolate wafers and vanilla gelato. Ambiance, service, great food - perfect!

Unfortunately, I have a mild digestive disorder and was not feeling too well that evening limiting my menu choices. Hurley's menu is very diverse but I still was having a problem finding something that would work. Our server asked what would be suitable and he arranged to have the kitchen prepare a lovely dinner for me. Now that was service!! My dining partner loved what he ordered, an calamari appetizer and a fish dish. Hope next time we're in Yountville, I'll be fine and able to choose one of the delicious menu options.

This restaurant was highly recommended by some other tourists we ran into and received great reviews on Open Table. Thought we'd give it a try. Beautifull view if you sit outside. Appetizers were good, not great, but very pricey for the small dishes served (there were TWO whole squash blossoms). I did not like my entree, gnocchi with vegetables. It was in a brown butter sauce or I should say swimming in a brown butter sauce and had a strange flavor. My husband ordered the wild boar which he said was good but it was very dry. Did not bother with dessert. Will not be returning here if back in the area.

Although it was our anniversary, we decided to choose a "locals favorite" noted for their bison dish and tasty, but casual fare. We were pleased when the chef also offered more fish dishes as specials that night for "lighter" fare on a warm summer night. Everything was plated beautifully and served hot. We enjoyed the friendly servers and helpful waitress. Our meals were delicious and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be repeat customers! P.S. We liked their "no corkage fee" philosophy for those who like to bring a wine from their own cellar for dinner!
