Hundred AcresAlways great! One of my favorite places for brunch! Always wonderful. The biscuits...to die for!6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat dinnerThe small plates, appetizers and cocktails are the reason to come back. Entrees leave you wanting a bit more, my tri tip was a low quality piece of meat but it was seasoned well. Other entrees were good, just not amazing. When I go back I will just fill up on the small plats and apps which is easy bc they have tons of great options. Our waiter was not good but he was not so bad it affected our meal.6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Birthday DinnerWe had a party of six for a birthday celebration. The food and scene was great. Could have used a slightly bigger table. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMFood quality generally goodFood quality generally good though I would have expected better. Fish meatballs weren't liked. Halibut was great.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food, great serviceGreat food, great service and an all around great meal!6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food and the jalapeñoGreat food and the jalapeño mango margaritas are just awesome!!6/4/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat BrunchLots of interesting and varied options, and many bloody marys to choose from . Service was fast and attentive.6/2/2013 12:00:00 AMPleasant Brunch ExperienceBrunch at Hundred Acres on Memorial Day was enjoyable. The service was prompt and friendly, the food offerings were tasty and decent value, and the ambiance was great. The vanilla bean french toast and coffee (with refills) were especially good! The place itself had a nice brunch vibe, striking a nice balance between having a lot of people but still not having patrons feeling rushed or crowded. Would definitely return.5/27/2013 12:00:00 AMDouble the PleasureI was fortunate to have been invited to dinner at Hundred Acre on Friday night with friends and found the staff to be friendly and welcoming (as well as the ambience). I was so impressed that when I thought about dinner with a cousin a couple of nights later, I returned to share the experience. On both occasions was great but equally important, Hundred Acre is a place that is warm and invites relaxed conversations.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMI went here for Brunch withI went here for Brunch with some old friends and loved all the food and cocktails. Great service and super easy to make a reservation if you are worried about getting a table quickly. I will definitely be returning!5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMLove Hundred Acres!Hundred Acres never disappoints. The food and service are always impeccable. Reservations are a must for brunch.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMI think this place is underrated...Hundred Acres is really a gem. The restaurant is very pretty, and unlike so many places in SoHo, it is quiet enough to talk even though the place is buzzing with activity. The service was super friendly and not rushed. Everyone in our party of five really liked their food--particularly the shrimp and grits. Portions are generous. The menu and wine list are not that large, but there's a pretty good range of choices. I would happily come back here again, and would definitely recommend this place for a romantic date or a meal with friends.5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMDeliciousI went there with a friend, and really enjoyed the place. I love the ambience of the place.
I had the cinnamon buns and the poached eggs with bread pudding. It was really good, and I look forward to going back and trying more!
No complaints here. I'll be back again.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMDivine dining experienceWhile the service and ambience of Hundred Acres do not disappoint, the food is the star here. All in my group had different meals, and we were all extremely impressed with the taste, presentation and portion size of each dish. The scallops were spectacular! I can't wait to visit again5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMNever lets you down! This restaurant is just great all around. It has an exciting ambiance, scrumptious food options, delicious bloody mary options, and great music selections that go along with the vibe.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMA Taste of LouisianaWonderful, creative fresh food with more than a few nods to Louisiana. A fun list of unique beers, including of course, Abita. Huge wine list. Fast , cheerful and attentive service. Will definitely go back.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMFresh and creative diningThe flavor palate never ceases to surprise me- always so rich and complex when the treatments appear so simple.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMDon't drop the ball H-AI loved Hundred Acres the first time I joined my girlfriends for brunch there. But every subsequent visit left me less thrilled about the food. I had the chilaquiles the last time I went....and they were lukewarm to cold and not as good as I remembered them. I could have sent the dish back, and they would have been happy to make amends, but it ruins the entire flow of your brunch -- your friends eat while you stare at their food salivating until your own dish makes a proper appearance. Anyway, restaurants that get so much buzz should at least get their food temperature right.
We shared pancakes at the end to have something sweet. They were great.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMA must for a soho visit forA must for a soho visit for all. Wonderful ambiance, great food and fun for all. Reservatons honored... a great assest.

The food was fantastic and we all would recommend the restaurant and go back there ourselves.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThursday night dinner wasThursday night dinner was superb. Every dish on the appropriately-limited menu was excellent - prepared with simplicity, care and delicacy, uniquely seasoned but not pretentious, delicious. Server was sullen as other reviews have suggested - but not inefficient.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMMet for lunch with a colleagueMet for lunch with a colleague I hadn't seen in ten years; lots of catch-up, and we stayed quite a while. The staff was wonderfully accomodating and pleasant. And keep that wonderful Russian waitress! I am probably grossly misspelling her name - was it shanya?4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMSoHo GemGreat menu choices with organic and local products. Loved the food (lunch), the service, & the ambience. Definitely a place to return, esp. for brunch on weekend.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMwe had been to dinner beforewe had been to dinner before and decided to do brunch with some friends.....it was very good!...food was excellent....staff very friendly and welcoming....we loved it and will definitely go back...4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMRecommended this place fromRecommended this place from a friend, and was impressed! Decor is very nice as is the impeccable service. Had an entree of the octopus which was delicious, very well tenderized and good flavors.
Wine list is extensive and well priced. I had the Lamb whilst my friend had the beef wagyu, with a side of brussel sprouts. Quality was excellent however my only complaint was that both the lamb dish and the side of brussel sprouts was heavily salted, to the point of of nearly sending it back. Apart from that minor issue, would definitely come back.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMHundreds of reasons to go back!Good organic and local food, great drinks , and a very accommodating staff. Having been here before on my own, I brought a group of friends for dinner and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Try the 'Sparkling Acres.' It's a refreshing prosecco cocktail. There's also a nice back room for private parties. The best part: it's very reasonably priced for a Soho restaurant.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was very good, wonderfulThe food was very good, wonderful gumbo. The service was just right.4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMthis was our second trip tothis was our second trip to Hundred Acres and it didn't disappoint. we have only been for brunch, and would happily return again every weekend! the ricotta fritters are amazing; as is the goat cheese bread pudding with spinach and poached egg. The only glitch was the poached egg was slightly over cooked.4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMA brunch place that takesA brunch place that takes reservations and actually has amazing food. Highly recommended!4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful food and good service.Wonderful food and good service. A bit picky on seating for the reservation - I had made a reservation for two and arrived slightly ahead of my friend, but the front desk would not seat me until she arrived, even though there were tables free.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a loud group of girlsWe had a loud group of girls and the staff was great, welcoming and fun.
