Was worried the suburban location may not be as lively and as high quality. Well my worries were for not as our experience was awesome and the food was top self. Seafood was some of the best we have had in any part of the country. Steaks of course were the best you can find. Though we live in Shorewood (south of Joliet) the trip is always worth the while. The food is always to perfection. My joy in life is a good piece of fish. I had the salmon. It was the best I ever had. My husband is a beef man. He had the WB (I think you called) It was cooked to perfection. He enjoyed it very. I am not a dessert eater but since it was my birthday I ordered your delicious cheese. It was certainly too much for me to eat so I bring the remainder home.
Our waiter was excellent He was very knowledge in everything we needed we wanted to know. He said "Happy Birthday" to me many times which was commendable.

Came to celebrate our 8 year old's birthday and my husband's 50th. Strange, though, they asked if we were celebrating anything when we were making the reservation and we told them of the 2 celebrations, and then they didn't do anything to acknowledge them. Which would be okay, but then why ask if we are celebrating anything, if you don't intend on doing anything about it (bring out a ice cream or cake for the person's birthday...). If you don't do anyting, then that is fine, but why ask?

In fact, they have motivated me to be nicer to everyone I meet. The menu changes daily. We ate off of the left side (appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches). The food? Do not MISS the filet slider, or the Tilapia slider, or the crab cake (no filler evident either visually or taste-wise) with the pink sauce, or the New England Clam Chowder. Nice to know you can rely on decent service and food, I think that makes this higher end option well worth it compared to a more dicey experience for a little less money. The food really is outstanding and the service is knowledgeable without being pretentious.
The door staff is very friendly, attractive and professional. The Bar and Dining Room staff is very friendly, efficient without rushing you, very knowledgeable about the menu and wines, and helpful guiding you with making menu selections.
