"Service was stuffy - not friendly. Portion sizes are way too large - need to reduce the amount. If you like big food with a big price then this is the place for you. I used to love Hugo's in Naperville, did not love this place."

"My husband and I went to Hugo's Frog Bar & Chop House for the first time and we enjoyed an early dinner on Easter Sunday right after church. The restaurant had a nice decor and ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be dining at Hugo's Frog Bar & Chop House in the future!"

"The food is every bit as good as the Hugos downtown, but the noise level was extreme. It was so loud my throat was sore the next day from talking to the friends at my table."

"Food was good but service was awful. My wife ordered her meat meduim to well and it rear. It took 25 minutes for them to get the burger back to her. I ordered potatoes with my steak and they forgot that and then showed up with it with my wifes burger but by then I had already finished my dinner. It was like they forgot about us. The manager came over at the end and apoligized and bought us a dessert but you never want it to get to that point."

"Loud and bustling, this Gibson's-affiliated restaurant is located inside of the Rivers Casino, so no one under 21 is permitted. Service was friendly and efficient, with minimal wait time between the courses. Although we didn't feel rushed, it was clear that the staff was under pressure to turn tables as quickly as reasonably possible. This is a popular ane fun place, so reservations are recommended. We have been several times, mostly on Fridays or Saturdays, and food is consistently excellent. Bar service is also top-notch--try the Moscow Mule."

"There is attentive service and there is too much service. From the moment we arrived, it was high pressure. We had three seperate people ask it we wanted a drink within the first couple of minutes of sitting down. The pace continuned through out the meal to the point we felt we were being rushed. Slow down...."
