El Hugo's Cellar ofrece un ambiente romántico para cenas gourmet, ideal para todas las ocasiones.     Every time this is my favorite meal in Vegas. The beef Wellington is amazing.

    It had been 25 years since our last visit here - and it did not disappoint! Service was amazing, food was delicious and plentiful. It was a great double date with dear friends.

    I have dined at Hugo's numerous times over the last 20 years and have always had outstanding services and excellent food. I was taking my wife there for the first time since she had always heard me rave about the place. Went here last weekend for our anniversary and was less than impressed. They sat us in the ack of the restaurant at what the told us was a "romantic booth" which turned out to be a small booth with barely enough room for us to sit side by side with no chairs on the other side. Later in the course of the dinner, they put two chairs that they needed to get out of the way at our table and then our server and one other person stood with their backs to us while they discussed some of the other patrons (very romantic!) No one asked if we wanted any wine with dinner, the sommelier came to many other tables / booths but never to ours...so no wine with a steak dinner. The meal came and the steaks (filets) came, which were good but not up to their standard. The au gratin potatoes were awesome on the edges however the centers were crunchy and raw! The desert again good but the lava cake was not prepared so that the center flowed out the way it was supposed to, more like a piece of chocolate cake with frosting. Overall, I will not be going back since it appears the food and the service have declined dramatically!!

    Wonderful dinner! Our filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium. We always get one entree and add a split plate so we both get the fantastic made-to-order salad and all the sides.

    We've been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and this was the first time I was disappointed in my meal. Lamb chops were way overcooked. We were told there was a new chef and he has a different style of cooking. If he remains that chef, we won't be frequenting that restaurant as often as we have done in the past.

    We were looking for a "historic" Vegas steakhouse experience and was very happy with Hugo's Cellar. The ambience was "classic" and the food was delicious. Even our son had to admit he liked the table service salad. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, very positive experience and a highlight of our trip. There is an option to split the meal (meat portion) and for each person have their own accompanients which we took advantage of. Glad we did, as we were full. Would definitely go again.
