That said, you need to be up for a big bar scene and a fair amount of noise! The menu is in three sections - soup/salad, small plates, and main courses. Frankly, I found it impossible to decide among the fabulous small plate choices, so I elected to have a small plate for appetizer, and two small plates for dinner. In some restaurants the "small plates" still cost $15 or so, but here, most of the small plates were $6 or $7. There were a couple which were expensive - which you could understnd - lamb chops or scallops - but most were very inexpensive. As usual, the wine was a bit expensive (a glass for about the cost of a bottle in the store) - but I guess that's everywhere now. Hudson Grille has so many possibilities, i.e. company xmas party, small gathering behind the current and the bar scene well...I have to be honest, I look forward to that adventure. You're Awesome!

There were curtains around them and I felt like sayingCan you close the curtains--it would make the atmosphereMuch nicer. Overall a good experience!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMWe were very pleasantly surprisedWe were very pleasantly surprised to find this newish restaurant such a hot spot. When we entered, the bar was really jumping. Since we were interested in dinner, not the bar scene, it was a nice that they were able to seat us in the other room where it wasn't so noisy. We were taken with the decor which was really well done and pretty. The food was very good, and we all enjoyed our meals. Service, too, was excellent. The wait staff was attentive and helpful.
