"My wife and I brought our one year old with us for an early Friday dinner and it was fantastic. Service was great, food was better than most I h r had in the woodlands. Closest thing we have found to a northeast bistro after movin here from Philadelphia."

"We went to Hubbell & Hudson for their Sunday brunch. The menu choices were very good and we chose the ham and eggs benedict. These were served nicely, good flavor, well cooked and with some tasty potatoes. We enjoyed the food and the surroundings."

"This past weekend I entertained out=of=state guests. Hubbell % Hudson has alays been that special place, a surprise to many. I took my grandchild to Brunch before a theater production of Cinderella last year. She was 10 and loved the special, different atmosphere of The Bistro."

"Great food, great service. Our server, Celeste, knew her business and was perfectly attentive without crowding. Not her first rodeo, and her experience was appreciated. She knew the menu and preparations, also, which is important for us since we have a few dietary challenges.

The filet was cooked perfectly med-rare, the smoked salmon was the best I've had in a long time. All of this followed incredible appetizers of yuzu tuna and their perfectly-prepared carpaccio (get it, trust me). Ended with the fun and delicious "guess" dessert, and enjoyed all with an Etude Pinot.

The Bistro Manager, Derek, came by and introduced himself, and followed up at least one more time. Perfect service, attention to detail, and food execution."
