"I love House of Tricks and have been there many times. Always enjoyable. The service was a little slow this last visit because they had just changed menus.....but my brother (in town on business for one overnight) and I were looking forward to hours of catching up so it didn't matter to us that it took awhile to get our order taken and our food."

"My first visit to the restaurant was outstanding. Moved outside to avoid the echo from a neighboring table but from that point on everything was great. The food was delicious, from the scallops to the mussels to the pasta. The server was very helpful and even the neighborhood cat came by to say hi. Thanks!"

"There were three people in our party and we each had very different entrees. Everyone was very happy with what they had chosen. I had the smoked salmon quiche and loved it. One of my friends had the steak and the other had a sandwich. We sat outside in the courtyard, which is lovely and had a such a wonderful, leisurely lunch. It was very helpful to be able to make a reservation, since we did lunch during the Tempe Festival of the Arts and it was busy."
