"This was our first time at Hota since all of the changes, and we were impressed with the new friendly spirit of the staff, and certainly the food. They still have some kinks to work out in order to make the experience run smoothly, but we will certainly be going back."

"the dinner selection was not good and the special (not specials) was very limiting. the meal we ordered was quite bland and was not
visually appetizing at all. would not go back for dinner. heard lunch was okay. don't think this will last."

"Fantastic! New and different approaches to some classic Mexican and Latin American dishes. Reasonably priced too. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. Kind of stumbled upon this place, but we will definitely go back. Nice atmostphere, and even though the talbes are kind of close to each other, the noise level wasn't bad for a Friday night."

"This was a "date night" for us. It was a great find. The food was very interesting. The seasonings are not timid. Some other have commented on the service. This is a latin style restaurant. The service was "latin", meaning that it was unhurried. In other restraurants we feel as if they are rushing us out to turn the table. Not here. We could savor the food and the conversation. This is a place to enjoy, not one to rush in and out in under 30 minutes."

"Endive salad was great. Entrees were very good with a good balance of familiarity and fusion. The one dessert was good. Service was good but dropped off a bit as it got busy. Chef/owner was sincerely greeting peoiple at the door and ambiance was very comfortable."
