Vance was outstanding as our waiter. The appetizers were fabulous & the entrees were good. My husband's chocolate brownie with toffee was to die for & the only down side to the whole meal was my berry tart; there were no berries & it was not a tart. Horizons continues to be one of our favorite restaurants on the island. We've hosted the annual Tin Whistle Invitation Golf Tournament kick-off dinner here for the past several years and service is excellent everytime.
