Limited menu but good food and service. It was pretty loud on a Friday lunch hour. Tables against the wall are close together and with the loudness of the restaurant, it was a bit hard to hear others at the table. But still a decent experience. I’d go there again, maybe at a different time.

We’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t quite live up to our previous experiences. We started with the monkey bread, which had a nice cheesy flavor, but the outer crust was overly hard and it didn’t taste as fresh as we’ve come to expect. We were disappointed to find that the shrimp scampi pasta is no longer on the menu. In its place, we tried the meatloaf and the burger. The meatloaf was on the dry side, the mashed potatoes were just okay and not served hot, and the asparagus lacked flavor. The burger was juicy, cooked perfectly, and clearly made with quality beef, but it could have used more seasoning. The french fries were enjoyable. Service was another miss this time. Our server was polite but not particularly warm or engaging, which left the experience feeling a bit impersonal.

We LOVE Honey Salt! The very best brunch. The French toast and literally everything is AMAZING. The only bad thing.....you get 2 hours for bottomless mimosas, and we were chugging or anything, maybe 3 an hour? We finished eating after 45 minutes and our server brought us our ticket. We told her, we are here for a hours. She said....no problem! And then ignored us and gave us the stink eye when we asked for another mimosa. We were NOT drunk at all. We just wanted to hang out with friends. Kinda disappointed in that.

I’m sorry to post such a negative review. I’m not in the habit of doing so. I ordered their fried chicken. I was excited because it was a whole half a chicken with dark meat which the only part of the chicken I eat and the coating looked just like I remember it growing up in Md. Unfortunately , It was horribly salty. At first I thought it was me, that my taster was off so kept eating the leg. Finally I realized it wasn’t me and I had been suffering trying to eat the unbelievably salty. Fried chicken. Not sure I can get my husband to come back because his meatloaf wasn’t good either. Though I would like to give high praise for the Key lime pie. It was excellent and could’ve served 4 people easily. The waiter was not around much. He did feel bad about the chicken so he bought the desert. But why did he feel the need to do that unless he put the salt on it himself? He should’ve not charged us for the chicken and if he wanted us to give Honey Salt another chance he should’ve provided us with a coupon for 2 free meals. ( Remember my husband didn’t like his meal either. Perhaps then we would’ve come back and given them a second chance.

First time dining here and we were quite impressed. The restaurant itself is super cute and quaint with a bit of a rustic feel and decorated nicely. The waiter and support staff were very attentive and helpful in making good menu suggestions. Our food and cocktails were excellent and very delicious and the portion sizes weren’t bad at all. I ordered the lemon ricotta pasta with chicken and my friend got the fried chicken. Both were great!! I’d definitely go back again.

Wonderful dining experience! My fried chicken and poached eggs were outstanding. Don’t know how they get that chicken so juicy and tasty, but they do. Salads were super fresh and colorful, the fruit was sweet and the service was on point. We arrived at 1:23 and were asked to wait ‘til the time closer to our reservation (1:30) which was a little strange but I went for the food so I won’t ding them for that. Love the decor and everyone was pleasant and kind. Thanks for a memorable Father’s Day celebration for my husband.
