The Easter brunch was good, not great. We ate in late afternoon and they were all ready out of lamb? On Easter? The prime rib was also not ready when I went to get my plate. So I had ham which was dry. Deserts were great. Nice salad choices ribs were tender fall off the bone. Service there is always great. Next year we will try somewhere else maybe.

We hadn't been to Hondo's for dinner for a long time. We thought we would give it another try. It felt strange when we walked in and they sat us at a table in the bar, when the restaurant appeared to be wide open. The bartender was too bust stocking the bar to serve you a drink or even close out the bill. The food was mediocre and extremely overpriced. The table server was inexperienced. The chocolate lava cakes were overdone. It seems like they are trying to be an upscale restaurant but don't make the cut.
