They list, or can tell you, all the local farms from where each ingredient may be found. Excellent meats and perfectly cooked. Service is great. Comfortable yet fine dining. No children's menu but accommodate for little ones. A definite must if in the Upper Valley. Peter, the chef, keeps the menu sourced locally ( as in often right from River Rd. ) and keeps traditional items updated and interesting. With other items they delicious, playful, and creative. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, and provide outstanding service.
