The service was attentive, quick, and friendly. I opted for a classic burger with bacon and cheese accompanied by a strawberry shake. It was delicious. My only disappointment was that I got too full to finish my burger. Regardless of where I stay in Vegas I always make it a point to eat at Holsteins. I attend a work conference every year and I look foward treating myself and my clients to some amazing burgers, not to mention the adult milkshakes as well. Regardless of where I stay every year I make it a point to eat at Holstein's at least once, twice if possible. The service was wonderful and menu had a wide range of items. I know they are famous for the shakes with booze but we filled up on burgers and salad.
