Hokkaido Sushi Hibachi Steak House & LoungeI loved the Aquarium withI loved the Aquarium with swimming fish in the floor was unique. Only tried the Hibachi food not a sushi fan. Chef was very entertaining and skilled. Communication was a bit hard at times with staff. I liked the chopped sticks but others in my party would have liked to been offered other utentils only cause they found using them difficult. Celebrated our daughter's graduation here with family. It was a familiar experience for some but the chef and wait staff made it fun for all. The food is incredibly delicious and the decor is contemporary yet quaint. Looking for a wonderful dining experience? Hokkaido is the place (request to sit at the grill). We had steak, chicken, and shrimp entrees, all of them being delicious. The steak was cooked exactly as asked (medium rare), the shrimp was perfect, and the chicken had an amazing sauce coating it. The drinks were half off Monday thru Thursday, which was fantastic. The chef was entertaining, and overall the experience was great. Also, the fried rice...wow.
