Hoist House Restaurant at Swiftwater CellarsA great spot off the path.Our corporate group decided to try dinner at Swiftwater. I had been to a happy hour there before, so we knew that the building and the scenery were awesoem. I had heard good things about the food, but it surpassed those reports! We were pleasantly surprised at the amazing quality of the food. From tasty appetizers (tuna and calamari) with unique sauces, to the incredible entrees (we had salmon, lamb, and pork chops), we enjoyed evry bite! The dining room is a great balance of casual and upscale. We felt relaxed and had a great time enjoying the views, wine and food.
We came back for lunch the next day after golf, and were equally impressed with the burgers, and flat bread pizzas. The food is always amazing and the service is excellent. We often get the same waiter and he remembers our favorites.
