A word from Hofbrauhaus - Las Vegas
The Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the first authentic German-Bavarian restaurant in Las Vegas. The restaurant is the first replica of the world’s most famous beer hall from its hand-painted ceilings to its food and drink. The beer is brewed in Munich under the 400-year-old purity law and shipped fresh to Las Vegas. Hofbräu draft beers are: premium lager, wheat beer, dark beer and seasonal beers. Bavarian charm and live music abound, and guests can savor schnitzels, sausages, Sauerbraten and pretzels. With its beer hall and air-conditioned Biergarten (beer garden), it’s Oktoberfest every day. Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas also features live music nightly. In addition, take-out service is available. Groups are invited, and Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas can accommodate parties up to 1,000. Call the professional sales team at (702) 740-7888 for more information.Continued

  • "We had an absolute blast despite the restaurant being quieter than expected. The beer was good and the food was enjoyable, but it was really the environment that we enjoyed. Schnitzel was massive portion and the beer was served as big as they come."

  • "We have been to the "real" Hofbrauhaus in Munich at the beginning of Octoberfest several years ago and even there I do not remember it being so loud. Our 7-year-old actually asked us to move out of the main hall to the garden patio. After that, everything, including food, service and value were just excellent!"

  • "Visiting Las Vegas and meeting my daughter and her husband we went to the Hofbrauhaus for dinner. Three of the four of us have been to the original in Munich. It was so much fun. We were in Vegas for five days and I think this was one of the highlights. The food and beer was wonderful, music good (could have played a little more German music), alpine horns, and entire environment...just good and fun! Don't miss it if you are in Vegas. Worth the ride..."

  • "We had never been at this restaurant and I expected a quiet dining experience. What we found was loud, live music and communal seating on giant long tables. The crowd was roudy and loud chanting with the band and having a great time. So, did not get what we were expecting but that being said it was a great place. Once you realized what it was, everything was authentic German, the food was amazing. The service quick, efficient and friendly. We had a great night out and enjoyed the band and some of the crazy antics going on. Overall a fun place. Would highly recommend this to a group looking to have some good clean drinking fun and a great meal to go with it."

  • "My husband is German and loved it, I don't care for German food so it was okay I thought it was expensive"

  • "My son just returned from 2 years in Germany and Austria, we wanted authentic food, and he loved it, said it was just like there! Our 1 year old couldn't get enough of the music or the food! We loved it!"

  • "The food and beer was way overpriced. The wait staff and service was good, the food was mediocre at best. Overall I was disappointed. The Black Forest Cake was the best part of the meal. We ordered cucumber salad, I think they forgot to mix it up. Germany it was not. Overall a disappointment ."

  • "Every year I visit Las Vegas for business, and make it a point to have an evening at Hofbrauhause, and it never disapoints. As far as I can tell, it's a perfect replacate of the famous Hofbrauhause in Munich. Make no mistake, this isn't the place for quiet conversation it's loud, and raukus. The food is great, the beer is better and make sure you get the "entire experience" with the apple schnapps shots. You'll have something to remember the experience by the next day. Bring a bunch of your friends."

  • "This is a great place to take guests as the restaurant is unique. I've never been to Germany but I felt like I was there at this restaurant. It is a lot of fun. There is German music and the servers are wearing German clothes. The menu is in both languages. Our server was great- so friendly and enthusiastic. She was on top of everything too. Only problem is, the food is mediocre. I've been there twice now and haven't been too impressed with the food. We were with someone who grew up in Germany and he enjoyed the food, so maybe it's just me. I probably wouldn't return unless someone I was with wanted to go there."

  • "We were very pleased with the food, excellent selection and delicious. Our waitress was very good, attentive, flexible, friendly and a real brute with the paddle. The band was good, entertaining...but the poor accoustics in the dining hall combined with the music being too loud detracted from our experience as you must know people come to dine, visit and listen to the music. So we will come back but please ask you to tell the bands that their music does not have to be deafening to be enjoyable."

  • "Had a gathering of 26 family an friends for my sisters 21st birthday.... The service was great, very attentive and never had to wait for anything. The menu is huge and if you have never been there before it could be a challenge. Our server suggested we order food towers so everyone could snack on various items from the menu. This worked out great... Beer was flowing, lots of laughs, and shots with a spank were priceless pictures. Of course I was in charge of the bill, got stuck with most of it but that's what happens with large parties. Cheers!"

  • "This is the one place we make it a a point to visit every single time we're in Vegas. Such a fun atmosphere! Hubby is new ores with the Dunkel, and I'm all about the spatzel (I don't drink). But the band is always an energetic joy and it's truly fun place. Recommend taking a taxi or a designated driver...the beer is that good."

  • "Having lived in Germany and visited the original Hofbrauhaus in Munich on several occasions, this one is just as wonderful. The food and beer are absolutely incredible and the ambiance is reminiscent of my days in Munich. I love this place, and visit often!"

  • "We were a groupnof nine with 4 of them being kids. This restaurant is ideal for them. They could be loud and they danced. Food and beer was good. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good time"

  • "We had lunch, and the food was good and the place had few other lunch patrons, which probably helped service. However, this is the third Hofbrauhaus in the U.S. we have been to and they carried fewer beers (3 choices) and had a small menu than the others we have been to. The food we had was very good, as were the beers, but it is not as extensive of a menu as the other locations we have been to."

  • "It was a nice place for a group to meet for sure. It did not have any TVs in the dining area and we requested to be seated next to a TV for the NCAA games. They apparently had a wedding party in the other area where the TVs were. Food was ok at best. Had the sausage tower so tried most of them. I felt it was bland. Beers were good...very good. We also got a few paddle slaps from the beer maids which was.... fun?? I would recommend if a big group. Other than that, there is plenty of options in Vegas."

  • "Took 4 of my friends to this place for their first time and they all loved it. Luckily I put in a reservation, but we did end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes while it was setting up. Then we had an additional party join us after they decided they were coming. We all had a great time and our waitress was awesome. Love the one in Munich and love the one in Las Vegas."

  • "My wife has German ancestors, so we are always on the lookout for good German food restaurants in any city that we are visiting. We were certainly not disappointed by the food and atmosphere that we found at the Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas. I would highly recommend it to anyone one that enjoys a good German meal at a reasonable price."

  • "I came here thinking it was modeled after a German restaurant/beer garden. The hostess was great and the beer was great. However, everything else fell short. The building feels like a hotel, not an intimate place to share a beer with friends. Definitely not an authentic German feel. It's beautiful and a lot of work went into it but being Las Vegas, I think they had to make some sacrifices. The food is decent, but for God's sake, get some real German mustard. Goulden's? Really?"

  • "It's not Munich, it's Germany done Vegas style. The beer was great the food fairy close to German. The atmosphere was loud and fun! A great place if you're ready to sing out loud and have some laughs. Not something for a romantic get away! Guys get ready to have some fun watching your buddy getting spanked by the waitresses!"

  • "My wife and I lived 3yrs in Germany and the food at Hofbrau House made us feel like we were right back in Munich. The smoked pork loin was fabulous, also we loved the sausage potato soup. Also be sure to order a side of the german potato salad, yum! Don't miss out on the sauerkraut, very authentic taste. We finished dinner with, of course, the tasty apple strudel. Don't miss this German gem on your next trip to Vegas,"

  • "I have been lucky enough to have enjoyed many visits to the original HB Haus in Munich, Germany as an American. I look forward to going back to that dear German Gasthaus some time, but not sure if that day will ever happen. However, since this trip to Vegas came along, I thought I would see how the LV HB Haus compared. I would say they do an excellent job in LV of making you feel you are in Munich Germany. The real German beer & food was wonderful. The band was good, but could've played a little more "oom-pah" music for my taste, though perhaps other Americans may not appreciate it as well. Servers were very accommodating & efficient. I truly look forward to visiting another Hofbrau Haus in the USA. Good job LV!!"

  • "This is the third Hofbrauhaus location I have dined at in the United States. This location is in the running for top spot due to the energy and performance of the one man show. The entertainer kept my group going and when it was all said and done; we spent over 3 hours dining and drinking. The food was exactly what I promised to my group of ten; none of which had been to any location. One drawback at this location was the lack of the ability to substitute side dishes. Many people in my group do not eat sauerkraut or red cabbage and most of it went uneaten."

  • "It was loud & crazy with people dancing on the tables, getting spanked by waitresses with wooded paddles( like my old school)! Everyone loved the place, but only if you like noise."

  • "4 of 7 in party had been to Munich during Oktoberfest; thus had memories. This place did not make the grade. Service was very good. Initially seated in dining room; too noisy and hostess graciously moved us to other room -- it was not much quieter. There were serveral large party groups nearby and at 9:00 p.m., the partiers were in full sway. Food was only adequate. Two orders of schweinhacksen left for ordering; it was evident that at least one had been "cooking" for some time -- over-cooked and dry!! Potato pancakes outstanding; 2 weinerschnitzel adequate. Beers were outstanding."

  • "The Hofbrauhaus is a favorite of ours when we have visitors in town. It fits the Vegas wild, fun, vibe. The atmosphere is great, band playing, customers singing, etc. that you would expect from a German restaurant. The food is typically very good. The jäger schnitzel was outstanding! The pork cutlet was cooked perfectly, and the mushroom cream gravy was outstanding. The Spatzle is a average at beast. It is almost tasteless. The Black Forest cake was wonderful! The service left something to be desired...... Our main course came out before our appetizer. We had a hard time getting another beer, but all in all this is a fun place with good food!"
