We were looking for a new place to try in Louisville. We got the Holiday Roll, Lobster Roll, and Westport Roll (the mango outside was PERFECT!) in addition to the Blue Fin Tuna Poke special (Wow!), Edamame, Gyoza, and Vegetable Tempura. Everything, from the sauces to the presentation to the quality of the ingredients was delightful. Our server, Beth, took very good care of us. Thank you for a delicious and enjoyable meal. Luckily some local reviews pointed it out to me and my friend and I had a wonderful dinner there on Saturday. The service was outstanding. Our young server, aka "Yung", was helpful in explaining items on the menu and the service throughout the meal was deft and unobtrusive. Food was exceptionally tasty and the portions were more than ample.
