The food was fantastic, had a great dinning experience and we plan on dinning there again when we come back. We enjoyed just watching all the staff work well together, they were very busy but everything flowed well. Our waitress was outstanding I think her name was Carmella. She made us feel as though we were her only table, because she was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the scallops - expecting 3-4 (about 2 inches across) - there were seven of them! Lightly battered and sauteed in what must have been a half pound of butter! Whatever technology used in the smoke-free slot room should be installed in this very nice restaurant.

Reminds me of Ruth's Chris steak house, but High stakes food was far better. Will keep comming back. Oh and I love the sauce that comes with the ribeye, All I can say is Yummmmmm. The food is excellent and the service second to none. Mike, our server, made our evening extra special. We both ordered steaks, filet & rib eye, cooked to our specifications. These steaks parallel Ruth Chris in terms of taste and quality. The 5 cheese mac and cheese was exceptional as was the wedge salad. The desert, an espresso chocolate pot, was very good but a little heavier than I expected.
As for our service, we couldn't have been happier.

If you like goat cheese, ask them to melt some on top for you. They gladly accommodated my request and much to my surprise, the chef even said, "Now that person knows how to request a pork chop!" The service was impeccable, the food was delicious (they definitely don't skimp on the seafood platter appetizer and the dessert was delicious well), and the general manager, Manuel, was a gracious host.
