It was bothersome that there were crying children near our table on a special occasion in a quiet restaurant, but overall nice. They were out of the house special which was disappointing, but the NY strip was still good. The bread before the meal was warm and also very delightful. We ordered the zucchini wheels which were perfect! Our server was very friendly but seemed to pay more attention to other tables. We didn't have to wait long too. Seated us right away. Waiter very helpful and nice! And the good was amazing!! The food was excellent and timely served after bread and wine. It was strangely coincident that we all had seafood on top of the mountain. Salmon was great as was the tilapia and the shrimp scampi. A wonderful experience for anyone wanting a little adventure and a special occasion. Our waiter was a young fellow from Albuquerque who had a smile that woulndn't quit. The service was wonderful & the staff made every effort to be accommodating. We had drinks at the bar while waiting for our table (we arrived prior to our reservation), and our waitress was great - as was our waiter for dinner. The food & drink menu were quite large considering all must arrive by tram! The caper, lemon sauce tilapia was fantastic. Greek salad - excellent. The prime rib was the only sub-par item. Reservations are a must the closer you are to sunset. However, it can take credit for the interesting menu and the gracious hospitality and skill of the bright young people serving us. Our sirloin steak, pork tenderloin, and talapia were cooked to perfection, and attractively presented. The service was prompt and attentive, without any feeling of being rushed.
