While there are plenty of places with great food, this also had a great atmosphere. It wasn't stuffy and they food was wonderful. My wife had some scallops which were perfectly prepared, while I dined on the Bison. I wouldn't get the Bison again, but it was prepared wonderfully. Just a little chewy (as Bison is).

From entering to leaving the entire time was an eating delight. You always have to have the Mac and Cheese as a side order - a must. I know that sounds like something the kids order but you will never think of this quick child's meal the same after experiencing Hibiscus' version. The meals (tun and a steak) were fabulous, of course, but Ben, our server, was intelligent and warm and "spot on" with recommendations. He crowned the entire evening with his quick nod at an incredible desert - ice cream pie with crushed Butterfingers as a topping and crushed Oreos as a crust, which Hibiscus has christened "Ice Box Pie."
