If you love goat cheese, this cheese and fresh fruit tray is for you. The catch of the day of diver sea scallops and bacon wrapped asparagus was phenminal, well worth the wait for dinner. It is a great special occasion restaurant and is perfect when you have the yearning for a great steak. The pleasant surprise was the wide variety of chicken and fish entrees for our non-steak eating people. Prices are pretty hefty compared to the neighborhood bistros, but are fair considering the type of fare. The cowboy theme of the Shawnee restaurant fits the location. There was a special menu "for two" and it was a very good value. The food was delicious and plentiful; the service was attentive. It was a very good beginning to the weekend. This latest visit I ordered the Cowboy Rib-eye and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and tender. I will be back again soon.
