Special Events & Promotions: Treat your Mom to the Hereford House this Mother's Day. Hereford House will once again, be hosting our Mother's Day Brunch in the adjoining Ballroom of the Hilton Garden Inn. The restaurant dining room will be closed from 10:00am-2pm. We will begin seating in the restaurant for dinner at 3pm. Adults $20.95 Children 12yrs and under $9.95 Prices include iced tea, coffee, and juice.

"We've eaten at Hereford House many times and were dissappointed this time. For the price, the food was not as good as we've had in the past. The filets we had were not as tender and the food presentation was not that appealing."

"The service was unsatisfactory. The food was quite good. Although our service was pleasant, she did not provide adequate service. It took a long time to be acknowledged after we were seated with our menus. We had to flag down our server to get attention any time we needed something. It took FOREVER to get our entree!!! It is doubtful we will return to this location."

"Excellent service. We never felt rushed. Our drinks were constantly refilled. Our meals were presented quickly. The way steaks were cooked to perfection. This was a first date. The staff made it an enjoyable evening. An interesting venue. Nice decor. The noise level was very low. We were able to converse comfortably."

"This is a KC classic that it is well beyond its time. The food is average at best. And when considering the price, the experience is mediocre at best. There is an extensive list of better steakhouses in Kansas City."
