The view was a little closed in, but in classic Disney style. The decor was excellent and the mood very comfortable. The service was quite acceptable although the server was pretty down to business, which for many would be perfect, but at times I prefer a little more humour. There's nothing dark and stuffy about this place. Huge windows, light wood, bright linens. It's classy without being pretentious. Definitely family friendly. This is a great place to teach the kids the difference between "eating" and "dining." While the steak selection my wife ordered was excellent, remember you're in Florida ... go for the outstanding seafood! We were not able to book our rooms this year due to an overflow of conferences. We did make sure to come to Hemingway's 3 times during our weeks vacation. Every single member of the staff makes you feel so welcome. The food is amazing as well. Its an experience by itself. Many oohs and aahs and to die for's. I had the Yellowfin Tuna, seared rare as God would have you, and it was devine. Our entrees were a little tardy (we didn't mind) but our server insisted on desert for everyone was on-the-house. We obliged gladly!
