We are proud to be partnering with the folks at Dogfish Head for our first Brew Master’s Dinner . A cocktail hour with passed canapés will lead to three courses of amazingly paired food and beverage. Mike Contreras of Dogfish Head will be on hand to talk about flavor profiles, beer pairing, production methods and the history of Dogfish Head Craft Ale.

"Great views of the Chesapeake Bay and the Bay Bridge. We made reservations via OT and when we arrived they tried to seat us at a table that was made with a barrel so there was no room for your legs. We got moved and the service was very slow. Food was very good however. I got the stuffed flounder with crab meat and it was delicious."

"We loved Hemingway's. Great view, great food. The 2-page menu is a good sign that they do a smaller number of dishes very well, as opposed to places where the menu is the length of a novel, where many of the items are not prepared very often or are just pulled out of the freezer. Everything we ordered for Easter brunch was delicious. The jalapeno poppers were milder than I would have liked, but were stuffed with great crabmeat, fried just right and very tasty. The sauces that came with the poppers and calamari were very good. All the entrees were devoured. And our waitress was so enthusiatic about the peanut butter pie (not a conventional pie slice) that we shared some, and it was every bit as delicious as she said it would be."

"This was my first time back since the remodel. I was truly impressed. From the pictures on the web, I was sure I was going to like it. It was better in person! I like the restaurant because of the location and the food. The staff was great before the remodel and it's still that way. I'm already planning to go back."

"Really liked the rebuilt Hemingways...airy and the picture windows looking out over the Bridges and Bay are wonderful...get a window seat! The house salads were of ample size and the rockfish with the Mac&Cheese and the scallops and pasta were very good. We are definitely going back."

"Beautiful by the Chesapeake Bay restaurant. Stunning view of the sunset and watching the ships passing by. Food was well priced for the quality and quantity. The calamari was excellent!! All at our table ordered the broiled crab cakes in either the sandwich or platter form. The bread (which was very tasty) was a bit overwhelming for the crab, so after 1/2 a sandwich, I simply ate the crab meat only. They were good, but not the best I have had. They were lump crab (yum!) with very little filler. A good size too. I felt they were a little bland in flavor or would have rated them higher. Perhaps a bit more Old Bay seasoning???? Our waitress was very nice and helpful. I would go back."
