"The food was great. The booth we were in made us feel more like being in a small town cafe than in a hotel restaurant. We were right in the path of servers with food. In summer, eating outside is nice."

"Great restaurant, great setting with water view, great service, great food. Our first visit, here for lunch. My wife had the Tuna Melt and I the Salmon Melt. Both sandwiches very tasty, large portion, cooked just right, served with fries on the side. A very enjoyable meal, will be back next time in the area."

"There were three in out Party. The other two enjoyed their meal. I ordered the fish tacos and was disappointed. The tacos were fine, but the rice was over salted and dry. The beans tasted as if they just came out of a can.

Dessert was wonderful

The coffe, was room temperature. I requested a hot cup and the waitress just topped off my existing cup was which was luke warm. Hence, the coffee was still not hot."

"The 'H' to our Alphabet Date Night series, we knew nothing about this restaurant before making reservations. What's not to like about "Lakefront"? When we arrived, we realized it was attached to a hotel. Oops. Food was 2/5; not bad, just not good. Service was attentive. Between the view and hotel guests, they probably do okay."

"Our dinner at Hayden's was simply average. All our food was "OK", but not up to the standard I would expect for their prices. For example I ordered Diver Scallops which ended up being a plate with enough pasta for about 4 people with about 10 overcooked scallops on top."

"The food was very good, but the service was lacking. We were seated right away but it took quite awhile before we got any water or were asked about ordering drinks or food. We had plenty of time to peruse the menu, and make our decisions and wait before we ever saw our waitress. The waitress had to be reminded to bring us bread, but forgot about bringing any butter and didn't stay at the table long enough for us to ask for some. I noticed the other tables were also being neglected the same way. As we left we saw our waitress and another server just standing around by host station chatting. It was disappointing because the restaurant was busy, and no one was getting great service."

"Have eaten here several times, as we keep coming back for the food and the view. Also, the location is close to home. Our only complaint has been slow service on occasion. The bus staff do a good job of keeping your water and coffee full, but the servers are sometimes preoccupied."
