I'm not sure of his name, he had worked in our home town Sydney for the Merivale group.

The food and wine were equally good but the service and the pace of the meal was much improved. We would definitely go back based on our second experience. My earlier review talked of being rushed but this time we felt the pace matched our mood and I was offered no only a second but a third cup of coffee. It was an excellent experience, sine the service, the food was great everything perfect. I had the eggs Benedict (soft) done to perfection and we had pancakes they were absolutely delicious. Warm welcome from our server and the Restaurant Manager. Food and service were both spectacular, although the coffee/wine service was slightly sluggish considering the number of tables. Once arrived, however, they certainly were worth the wait. Not to be ignored was the valet service upon arrival/departure. Professional is an understatement.
