Our experience was inhanced by a very well trained and down to earth waiter.
I'm not sure of his name, he had worked in our home town Sydney for the Merivale group.

I love the plating presentation too. Portion of dessert is just right. The only thing that I did not really like was the treats along with the bill. They were extremely sweet. My wife and I had the tasting menu with wine pairings, and both of us came away thinking the food was a bit of a disappointment. Apart from the Pacific Uni Burrata, which my wife did not like at all, all the dishes were good but not one of them really wowed us. The wine pairings were very good though. But when you spend almost $400 (for two, incl. tip) you expect to have a memorable meal.
