Hawaii Prince - Prince CourtOur family had a great dinner.Our family had a great dinner. The seafood buffet is really good and there was a nice variety of food. Great view, great service, and somewhat unusual choices. For lunch, they have hand-rolled sushi, sliced beef you prepared yourself in a hot pot, which is very tender, fried chicken filet, beef dip in a bun, plus all other standards salad. All food are very tasty and fresh. One of the nicest buffet we have in years. Very good value in Waikiki. Would go again with no hesitation. If you are staying in Hilton Hawaiian Village, use the back route along the Marina. If you're looking for a buffet with fresh seafood, primerib, sushi, shabu shabu and great service, this is the place. You cannot go wrong patronizing this eating establishment. What brings us back here are mainly the snow crabs & prime rib just the few and of course we cannot leave out the bread pudding with vanilla sauce for dessert. Arnold brought a piece of raspberry chocolate cake with a lit candle and helped us sing to the birthday boy. I liked the atmosphere- casual yet with a resort feeling. Large assortment of crab, sashimi, shrimp, scallops was offered- was good. Many choices in other appetizers, entrees and desserts. We all liked the prime rib and kalbi. The hand rolls were nice- big pieces of unagi! Some choices were good but I'm not able to say the food was outstanding. Lomi lomi salmon and mahi mahi were bland as were desserts. We would return but for brunch. Our group was mixed with somewhat "picky" eaters and those of us who are omnivores. The selection of food and quality certainly did NOT disappoint any of us. The food was presented beautifully and was maintained at appropriate serving temperatures. Our waiter, Philip, was very efficient, entertaining and provided us personalized service even though his station was crowded.
