This was my first time visiting the West End location. I ordered the Skirt Steak, which was just a piece of cooked skirt steak - it hardly had any flavor. The chimichurri sauce was bland as well which was really disappointing. I did enjoy the Pork Taquitos and maybe I will just get those as my entree with another appetizer. My drink was ok, not outstanding; I had the Pomegranate Margarita. I ended up drinking my friend's Caipirinha which was delicious. I would come back for a last minute group meal. I would recommend for a drink and some apps but that is about it.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Girls Night OutThe service here is so good, we where a party of 8, i had made a reservation and we where seated exactly when they said we would be seated, we thought it would be a problem because this location is not as big as the others but they made it happen for us. Our server, Maria, was right-on point with her reccomendations and was very pleasant!

I had the ropa vieja (braised beef), which was absolutely delicious. My mother also loved her salmon. I've been here many times and have never been disappointed. HC also has several customer appreciation perks on various occasions, one being a free entree and dessert birthday offer for customers who join their email list. The food is always amazingly good, the ambiance, live music and hostess/'s are always charming and welcoming. I have nothing but fabulous comments to say about this phenomenal Cuban Restaurant!!! :)I would have given 5 stars all the way across the board; however, for the first time ever, we had a disinterested and absent waitress, thus, the only reason I gave the service a lower rating this time. I loved this one because there is an ambiance about this one. The feel of the restaurant seems like a restaurant in Havana. We had a group of five. We all enjoyed the drinks, the appetizers and the dessert sampler.
