As Hatfields is on the pricier side...I would recommend for a special occasion, unless of course your bank account dictates otherwise. :o) I will recommend this restaurant to everyone and anyone who will listen! My friend and I shared 9 different plates and we were impressed by each one. The ingredients really complimented each other and were so full of lively flavors. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The house special Croque Madame fell a bit short only because the delicate hamachi was overpowered by the other strong flavors in the dish. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the wine pairings were all very friendly to the food. The dining room was delightful, with an simple, sort of Asianesque decor, open but not noisy. The waiter was the best I have had in a long time, attentive but not intrusive or overbearing. The left the selection of the wine for the lamb chops to him. The restaurant made the dining experience exciting and fun, delivering an nice amuse de bouche after we sat down and little brownies at the end of the meal. It was an anniversary dinner and the waiter brought the champagne with festive note. If wasn't even that expensive, $282 before tip for four full dinners, a round of champagne and the rioja that I had afterward.
